Born outsider, her genetics lead her to be more muscular in look than normal lean ShadowClan born cats. Her fur is a mix of a dark brown/rust and black in the sun, and completely black in the shadows. With recent stress, however, she has started to grey. She has one small spot of white on her chest. Her eyes are a pale green. Her claws are unable to retract fully, making them peek out past the tips of her paws by about half an inch. A badger has permanently injured her left shoulder, leaving teeth marks as scars. A wolf attack took her left eye. She wears a one-eyed badgers pelt. - Art:

If you befriend Harrier, there could be a chance she'll be loyal to you until her last breath. As she's grown older, however, she's been watching cats much more closely, especially ones within her clan. Loyalties are harder than ever to obtain now.
She has a shy but happy personality and enjoys making friends. Her favorite interactions are with high kits and apprentices for their innocent outlook on life. The future of Shadowclan depend on them, after all.

Kit After witnessing her birth mother be jumped by a Twoleg Monster on the Thunderpath, she continued to stay beside the rotting corpse for weeks, bringing food and moss dipped in water trying to revive her. After the second week, the kit wandered into ShadowClan territory and almost drowned in the Deep Marshes. Leopardsun, ShadowClans deputy, saved her just in time and brought her to the camp where Nightstar agreed to let her stay until they located her mother. They did not locate her, and her name was changed from Darling to Harrierkit. Her life as a kit remained uneventful after her spot was secured within ShadowClan's growing heard. Apprentice Not long after becoming an apprentice did the Great Quake happen. Flooding and uprooting trees forced ShadowClan to leave their home, but on their way out, Harrierpaw watched a tree squash Nightstar, his blood spattering her and the kit she had been holding during their escape. She vomited and fainted after watching Nightstar's dead form return to life again. She was carried to fourtrees on a fellow warriors back. A chat with Nightstar revealed more things about how the clans work and who really pulled the strings of life. Harrier decided that StarClan was unfair and that no one, especially not the dead, should be able to control ones life like that. Giving power to only a select few and allowing others to suffer with no afterlife/rebirth if they didn't even know StarClan. Her mother would not be allowed amongst the start for that reason. During the 5 clans stay at fourtrees, Harrier made friends with Russetrye, Lightningpaw, Sleepyhollow, and Silverwing. Not long after, Twolegs stormed the forest and kidnapped the cats. During her capture, two of her back toes got caught in the metal wiring of the cage, twisting and breaking them. The filthy den she was forced to stay in with handfuls of other cats and twoleg clutter would later infect the toes the twolegs lazily bandaged, resulting in her losing them. This would not change her life. She was the first and only cat to escape the Overrun nest and return to ShadowClan, where she reunited with Leopardsun. For the first time, she was referred to as 'daughter' by the deputy, and in turn Harrier called her her 'mother'. Leopardsun gave birth to a litter of kits while Harrier was away, meaning she was now a step-sister! She keeps close watch over Batpaw who seems to slack off an unusual amount. Though he's been escaping her gaze more frequently as he leaves camp during sleeping hours. Unsafe PassageHarrierpaw and Burdockroot run into a badger on their way back to camp after the apprentices Moonstone. Unfortunately, Harrier is one-shot by the badger when she disobeyed Burdock's order to stay back. Burdock was able to drive the beast away, taking its eye in the process. The two became closer. Warrior Harriertalon has finally reached warrior rank! As of April 6th, 2023 she ranked to Tier 3 Warrior. Star BrightShe has gotten a little closer to Sablestrike; the two have admitted they have mutual feelings. How far will this go...? Her step-brother, Batswarm, has been in and out of camp far more often now that he's a warrior. Traces of his scent can be found along clan borders, yet she can't seem to catch up with him and growing increasingly more frustrated. A problem not easily solvedHarriertalon was present for Redice's execution. you are not unnoticedHaving caught the prying eyes of Harrier, Tigershriek approached her with the question of why. Harrier answered in a way she had never tried before and it backfired, resulting in an outburst from the tom and tears from the both of them. This is perhaps the start of a soured relationship. The Nightmares Would End RegardlessAfter countless nights of uneasy sleep, Harrier decides it's time to face the one nightmare she could end: the one-eyed badger that got away after a fight its fight with Burdock. Telling Leopardsun where she was going, she set out to finally face the badger one on one. It was a tough fight that left her with a permanently injured left shoulder with teeth marks in it but, in the end, the badgers life was put to an end and ShadowClan gained another pelt. Medicine Cat Apprentice MCA InterviewsAfter some interviews for the next medicine cat apprentice, Burdockroot took interest in Harriertalon. Harriertalon's MCA CeremonyHer new future starts now. Harriertalon's first StarClan Revelation"The feud between few will take the lives of innocents."Four figures, all standing tall, dissipate with the rising of the sun. Blood covers the ground around Harriertalon. The death of Batswarm and MoondancerIt should have been obvious, but StarClan had given a warning that there would not only be bloodshed during the battle patrol led by Leopardsun, but also deaths. Two WindClan cats: Flutterpetal and Adderdawn. Two ShadowClan cats: Moondancer and Batswarm. It should have been so obvious... And that is what will haunt Harriertalon for the rest of her life. A rift between her remaining family has ripped them apart for now, making the loss all the worse. Moondancer visits Harriertalon at the Moonstone meetingIt was a one-sided conversation, but Moondancer came to reassure that it wasn't Badgermask or Pineblossom's fault for her death. No one could have known what was going to happen that night. Parting words of "stay strong for them, Harriertalon." would be just enough to push Harrier to be the one cat in her family still focused on the living and be that shoulder to lean on. the sharp knife of a short life [closed burial]Harriertalon, Echomist, Badgermask and Leopardsun lay Moondancer and Batswarm to rest. Medicine Cat Tier 1 Harriertalon's MC CeremonyAfter much thought, Harriertalon has been renamed as Heatherberry and has taken the oath of a full-fledged Medicine Cat. During her Medicine Cat ceremony, Heatherberry was visited by Batswarm who didn't talk very long, but allowed her a shoulder to cry on for the first and last time. Of the few words he spoke, the ones that will stick with Heatherberry in her new name are "It's not your fault." Perhaps it really hadn't been her fault for not seeing the warning, though it wouldn't change the fact she hadn't acted on the dream. Those words were a relief to hear anyway. Medicine Cat Tier 2 surely not again...Pineblossom comes to see Heatherberry in the medicine den for stomach pain. After careful examination of symptoms, Heather tells Pine that she is expecting kits. A glorious day for ShadowClan! Although Pineblossom is rightfully wary of this news, Heather promises to do all she can to assure their safe birth. ADD MORE LATER HERE!!!!!!!!!! nothing short of a miracleWith the 5 newborn kits delivered in perfect health, Heatherberry suddenly feels a newfound surge of passion for the work she was destined to do. Mr. Worm has no children, having been snipped by twolegs when he was a kit. He will gladly act like your his own flesh and blood if you ask him. Recently, the twolegs letting him live in their barn gave him a young tom to look after.

Learned all he knows about hunting from the cat that lived in the barn before him. She had a name, but Mr. Worm can't recall it anymore. Every time he tries, he just gets sad.

Mr. Worm has lived all his life in some twolegs barn. Though he's not confined to it and can wander about as he wishes, he will always return home. He hunts for food on his own but in the winter the twolegs will leave him something to eat. There was another cat who trained him in the ways of a barn cat, her name escapes him and it saddens him greatly. There's a young tom he has to look after and training as his successor. KitBorn after the Great Quake, her future was set the moment her first interaction after birth was to bite her sister, Murky. She also got into a bees nest on a dare her sister, Rose, had made. This is where they both found out she has a severe allergy to bees. ApprenticeShe only came to knew ThunderClan camp after becoming an apprentice. Returning after her ceremony with the rest of her clan after the first wave of cats had been taken by Twolegs. She was recently given a reality check after her first spar when Curly, someone who would rather use words than fight, defeated her and landed the finishing blow with a small bap to the forehead. Since then, Fire has looked at Curly with distain. The only times he's ever been given a break from her bullying was when he'd dragged in Clouddream, obviously distraught. She offered him silent kindness, resting her head on his shoulder briefly in mourning. During her first gathering, her sister Rose wanted to make friends. But her loud shouting attracted the wrong kind of cat, resulting in numerous insults directed at the sister. Enraged, Fire stood up to this cat, Jaypaw of WindClan, and said her peace. Secretely wanting him to start the fight since she herself would hold onto the rules unless given a real reason not to. Fortunately, Jay wanted the last word and was the first to draw blood during the sacred gathering, giving Fire a scar above her eye. In retaliation, Fire swung at the tom and drew blood as well. Clouds covered the moon and thunder roared overhead, StarClan sent lightning down as punishment for failure to listen to their warning. Fire was gifted a burnt right ear and a scar that branches out along the right side of her face in the pattern of lightning. She has temporary paralysis in that side of her face. As punishment for her actions, Mottlestar has delayed Firepaw from becoming a warrior. WarriorFrom here on out, Fire's life will be very eventful.Finally a warrior! Firefly has used this new strength to challenge others to spars, noticing that it has significantly helped her bad moods. The Wind & The ThunderFire made enemies with Sparkpaw by openly showing disgust over the apprentices mixed blood. Tangled FlamesA rematch with the newly named Curlyfluff started the same way their apprentice spar had, and ended with Firefly losing once again. This time, however, Curly put in far more effort than he had before. Unfortunately, he became distracted with anxious thoughts of how mad Fire would be with him because he won and let a claw slip and draw blood. She now has a new scar across the left side of her muzzle. She wasn't angry with him over this, but she was annoyed that he was holding back tears, yet saying it had been a good fight with a quivering voice. Fire, Bugs, Nuts and StemsFirefly had one of her most memorable spars with the newly appointed Acornstem. This will be a lasting memory! AleuinFire learns ThunderClan's newly appointed deputy is mixed blood. Their conversation ends abruptly, and anything Darkspirit may have had planned for her was tossed aside. Dryer LintFire's first true battle with another clan cat. Mistaken as a fat raccoon of some kind, Fire immediately attacked Fuzzface at Owl Tree. We are not the sameFire meets Beechface, the very first outsider she has ever approached and not have end in bloodshed. Beech taught her some minor herb lessons and gave a bit of history of her own lightning strike to the face at a gathering. Maybe they aren't the same, but they share similarities. Feral Thunder Battle PatrolHaving come across strange feral cats not too long ago, Darkspirit gathers a battle patrol to escort the ferals off ThunderClan territory for good. Only to find the three cats fighting dogs. On Mottlestar's word, the patrol helped the feral cats, killing the dogs. Unfortunately, Mottle came out in bad shape and out of exhaustion allowed the ferals to help carry her into camp where they are currently staying. Their names are Sleet, Aurelia and Hank. Judgment DayA patrol brings back Burdockroot who came to Mottlestar with a vision from ThunderClan: 'Razor sharp talons rip through skies as red as blood, leaving three deep gashes in their wake. Three have fallen to the starling's talons, but more are at risk.' Starlingflare is accused of being the murderer of 3 cats. The judgement was brought by Darkspirit without speaking with anyone else, and Starlingflare was executed without warning. Darkspirit is demoted, and Acornstem takes his place as deputy. May Gathering 2023 Batsong- WindClan's medicine cat- announced to the entire forest that Mottlestar had broken the code with Nightstar, and that kits had been born of said code break. Who the kits were and where they were was not brought up, though it's only a matter of time before she learns. Firefly has chosen to leave ThunderClan for the time being... But only after suggesting that Mottlestar take one of Nightstar's lives as proof of repentance. Rolling ThunderAngry at Mottlestar, Firefly storms through ThunderClan territory. Unbeknownst to her, her sister Murkyripple had followed which resulted in Fire attacking thinking some intruder had decided to sneak up on her. Claws found themselves slicing into her sisters face, leaving a scar behind as a reminder. Brush FireStill unable to shake of her anger, Fire finds herself at WindClans border where she meets the cat who caused her to become disfugured a few Gatherings ago: Jayfrost. Unfortunately, Fire doesn't win this fight and is forced to flee with the promise that they'll meet again on day. Sunfire's tragic deathFirefly has returned to ThunderClan with the bodies of Sunfire and Honeypaw in tow, both killed by dogs. She herself being beat up and tired, choosing to return to camp. If you go... I'm goingA much needed heart-to-heart with Curlyfluff. amongst the flowers, a new blossom is foundA patrol happens upon a shy little kit whose mother had long since passed. It was out of character for Firefly, but she decides to adopt the kit and watch over her as her own. She named the calico she-cat Peonykit. a peony in the roadFirefly finds her daughter dead on the Thunderpath, killed by a monster. kindlingAfter the departure of her sister Murkyripple and the passing of her very first apprentice Sandpaw, Firefly realizes that she can't just expect to maintain relationships without effort. She invites Acornstem on a little walk, both to get to know the ThunderClan deputy better, and to distract the both of them from the tragedies that befell them both in so little time. The two had a wonderful chat that ended in Acornstem asking Firefly out on a date! c'est la vieFirefly asks Rosepaw about her and Curlyfluff. rosepaw's warrior ceremonyThe Forever Apprentice finally receives her warrior name! Firefly is there to celebrate alongside their shared friend Curlyfluff. shattered like glassAfter Rosethorn's death, Firefly experiences a sort of sickness that makes her heart feel weak. For the first time, she wails in agony over the loss of her sister in the medicine den. guess we'll just keep going till we no longer canCurlyfluff and Firefly share a moment of silence as they both morn the loss of Rosethorn. a beginning, and end The beginning of a long journey out of the forest due to an unknown sickness. Listening to Acornstem's fears and worries turns into a sudden confession from Firefly that needs to retire due to a failing heart. Acornstem admits to being in love with Firefly and Firefly admits to being in love with Acornstem. Firefly's elder ceremonyFirefly's time as a warrior is over. Now a young she-cat with an elders rank, she vows to try and rest for what little time she has left. Elderrest and healing [gathering]ThunderClan finally returns to the forest! Unfortunately, Nightstalker is there (now Vipershade) and Firefly flies into a frenzied rage at the sight of him. The two scuffle, each leaving the other a gift of scars. The fight is cut short when Mottlestar steps in and grabs Firefly by the scruff, dragging her away and ordering everyone to go their separate ways. Firefly's heart grows weaker. ten millionAs Firefly lay down to sleep, her heart beats its last. StarClan's favorite warrior is guided towards Silverpelt by Mottlestar.

For no reason in particular, Batswarm rarely speaks. Having said not a word during or after birth or even during his apprentice ceremony. When he does speak, however, it's straight to the point, sarcastic, and rude no matter your rank. The only cats he'd even try to hold his tongue for would be his own parents or ShadowClan's leader. Kit Batkit was born at Highstones a little after the Great Quake (2022). He is 1 of 2 toms born of ShadowClan's deputy and her mate Echomist, with 4 sisters included in the litter. ShadowClan has since returned to their territory and Batkit is not happy about how muddy and dark the terrain is. He can't quite call this place his home outside of his family residing here... Perhaps this place just isn't for him.Apprentice Conspicuos Flower. Blooming Perennial.Batpaw has always been narcissistic, but upon viewing his own reflection in the Deep Marsh, he has completely fallen in love with himself. After that moment, it's been set in stone that he will have no mate or kits of his own for no cat could ever be his equal. Warrior Being a warrior means nothing but more work to Batswarm. He continues to go through the motions, but this life is starting to be too taxing and dirty. Pins and NeedlesBat's inability to watch his surroundings (or lack of bothering) leads him to be attacked by a porcupine. Moondancer, Swiftheart, and Leopardsun come to his aid. Moondancer makes a passive mud swipe at the porcupine, resulting in Bat getting covered in mud. The beast is slain by Bat in the end, but the siblings bicker amongst themselves and a disapproving Swiftheart tells them to knock it off. Needles and PinsBattered and bruised siblings make their way back to camp and to Burdockroot's den. Bat passive aggressively shakes the mud out of his fur onto Moon, who would have gutted him had he not been family. On Burdockroot pulling out the needles, Batswarm takes his frustration out on Moon, wacking her in the head. Our little secret [1/2]Bat makes a journey to Twolegplace. His cowardice only gets him so far before he turns tail and runs back home. Maybe he'll return again sometime. PasserineBatswarm confesses that he's been thinking about leaving ShadowClan for some time now, going as far as scoping out Twolegplace to see if the kittypet life is more luxurious... And so far? It is. a warning to the peopleAfter Batsong's blatant pettiness and sticking her nose where it didn't belong, ShadowClan chose to give a warning to WindClan that further behaviour would not be tolerated: a patrol led by Leopardsun crossed the ShadowClan border into WindClan. On the deputies order, the squirmish began... Hoping to get Flutterpetal to pretend to fight so they both would make it out alive, Batswarm pretended to swipe at Flutterpetal only to snag the WindClanners throat and cause irreparable damage and killing him in a manner of seconds. He hadn't meant to but - for the very first time - he apologized. This was not taken kindly by Adderdawn - who loved his brother dearly - and he attacked him in a feral rage just as Batswarm was trying to flee. Adderdawn ripped into Batswarm's throat, dealing the final kill. Batswarm passes away, his dreams of a luxurious life outside of the forest gone forever.

The death of Mr. Worm really tore into him, making life at the barn unbearable to be at alone - regardless of it being filled with farm life. Every step he takes there reminds him of his days as the old man's apprentice, making being there mentally taxing. But outside of the barn, he finds it to be even quieter. Picked up by humans to be Mr. Worms successor at the barn, no one but the old barn cat knew he would be any trouble. While he did his work of chasing mice and stalking sheep, he did so yappin' nonstop and complaining that he could be exploring instead of working. He knew his dad didn't like it, but Grub would disappear for days on end as he got older. During one of his long excursions, he had no idea Mr. Worm had been picked up and taken somewhere for weeks. Upon returning home, he ran into a dying Mr. Worm. It still haunts him to this day. He's unable to be alone for long periods of time or his thoughts return to that day. - Spoiler:
Tier 1 Rogue Having grown bored of his now solitary life on the farm he once shared with Mr. Worm, Grub has finally set foot inside the forest... Who knows which clan cat he'll bother? wrecking ballPoking his nose where it didn't belong (a fox den), Grub is chased through SkyClan territory by a fox! He meets Silverwing who mentions Mr. Worm, but he doesn't stick around long enough to hear her out. like birdsGrub meets yet another cat that had run into Mr. Worm before his final days. He promises Wolfblossom that he won't cause any trouble on SkyClan territory, and heads off to RiverClan instead. gone fishin'Grub nabs a fish to eat in the water's of RiverClan, only to be battered by two children: Owlpaw and Larkpaw. If Sprucebark hadn't also been there, Grub would have boxed the both of them! traveling circusGrub meets a loner by the name of Felix, who draws the grungy tom in with his secrets. So far, he's learned about some forbidden kits that are both clan and outsider... Though Felix wouldn't tell whose they were. Grub invited Felix to the abandoned camp in return for that little secret. Tier 2 Rogue of different worldsGrub meets an interesting fellow by the name of Hank, who tells him snippets of his life on some island. Hank mentioned that the mother of his kits was expecting sometime soon, making up Grubs mind to return at a later date to see those kits for himself. introduction to the snowOn his rare return to the barn, Grub ran into two RiverClan apprentices who claimed that he was on their territory. One thing led to another and... Well. Only one apprentice left the barn that night. However, the cat who greets him with claws and teeth in none other than RiverClan's leader: Perchstar. She claims he is trespassing... But Grub could care less. In fact, he's starting to grow tired of those words. When asked for his name, Grub gives the leader Copperlark's. look what the cat dragged inAnother day, another self-inflicted problem. Three blue heelers are on Grub's tail after he killed a prized rooster. He runs into Nectarflower again who extends a paw to help fight off his pursuers... Only for him to bite that very paw in self preservation. A dog rips his left ear clean from his skull. (undisclosed amount of time bc i cant remember what all happened in order lol) disgusting... i like it [solo]With the forest suddenly empty of clan cats, Grub pokes around ShadowClan. To his surprise, he finds interesting piles of rat corpses piled up around their camp... And a cool one-eyed badger pelt and shiny bell. who eats birds anyway?Ajex tricks Grub into thinking they're going on a normal hunt, but instead gets him to fight a fox with him. Kit Howling Winds
Vinekit, Crocuskit, Wigglekit and Turtlekit rough house around their feral dad, Hank. Vinekit pretends to be a badger and tackles his brother Wigglekit. The future is usVinekit trips over a smaller Greenkit on his way to the fresh-kill pile, starting a name-calling fight between the two. Apprentice Vinekit's apprentice ceremonyVinekit becomes Vinepaw and is apprenticed to Thrushnose. three giants walk into a barCrocuspaw, Vinepaw and Aurelia make a visit to fourtrees. ashes to ashesVinepaw visits the Owl Tree late at night in hopes to see the dangerous Owl he was warned about. A WindClan apprentice - Dustpaw - approaches and startles Vine which alerts the owl. A deep wound opens on top of his head, and he claims a single feather from the owl. During the fight, the owl grabbed Dustpaw in its claws and threw him to the ground, shattering the poor apprentices body like glass. Feeling sorry for him, Vinepaw first asks him his name and thanks him for helping fend off the owl before putting the WindClanner down for good and praying to the Moon for the souls safe departure before tucking the owls feather in Dustpaw's fluffy fur and leaving the body as it was, returning home. Sharpening ClawsThrushnose teaches Vinepaw how to properly hunt. The hunting lesson quickly turns into battle training as they fight a particularly angry snake. Between the two of them, it is dispatched quickly. Vine shows a strange interest in its poisonous qualities, but ends up leaving it behind. You are... Love.Vinepaw and his siblings are taught in further detail about the land and religion of their father, Hank. Vine falls in love with Gekala, and vows to follow its ways for the rest of his life. There may never be a time where Virtue has children of his own, but he hopes to be the best uncle there is to Steadfast and Cherish's kits when they're finally born. He also takes on a mentor roll to younger cats that come and go from their group.

Battle hardened by living on the dirty streets of a far-away town, Virtue learned to fight hard and never turn his back on an enemy. It wasn't until he and his brother were picked up by the Riders of the Storm nomads that he learned to fight through shadows.

There is not a corner of the forest she wouldn't turn over for some entertainment. Unlike her father, the fear of death doesn't exist for her and she will do anything to be witness to others misfortune, misery, and self-sabotage. With the interest of entertainment always in mind, Grub Jr. won't try to convince someone not to go through with a bad idea. She thrives on others making trouble for themselves and observing both up close and from a distance. She inherited her deranged giggle from her dad.
