Reason for change: Swanmist had always felt... Distanced, from Thunderclan. They had somewhat accepted her kits, but nobody had exactly seen her for anything other than a delusional traitor from Riverclan. She wants others to see that she's trying to fit in, trying to be a good warrior, so she wants to change the thing that's the most Riverclan-y thing she has (other than her blood), her name.
