July Gathering 2015

Fawnpaw stopped mid step and half turned, "Fawnpaw of Thunderclan, please excuse me" She mewed as she padded away from the handsome Windclan tom sadly.

Specklefur whom was totally in the clearing the whole time looked at the young apprentices excitedly chattering, slowly growing annoyed and gradually angry with it Specklefur marched over further from the group and into the crowds of cats until she came near to where the elders sat, but not without yelling at the Thunderclan apprentices not to give anything away.

Stonepaw nervously padded into the clearing, her paws clumsily flopping in front of her as she was still so unused to having to re-master her ability to keep balance. Eyes on her paws the young she-cat didn't see a fluffy object in front of her, tumbling back with a oof the Skyclan apprentice quickly started shouting apologies, she didn't want to put her clan through any rivalries with other clans through her screw ups! "I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to bump into you! Please forgive me I'm only a apprentice! I meant no harm, honest! Sorry sorry sorry!" She continued to blabber, ears pressing against her head as she didn't make an effort to get to her paws again.

Duskpaw was one of the last few cats into the clearing, his dark fur almost turning him invisible against the dirt and... anything shaded black or a dark brown that is. His hard amber-brown eyes landing on every form and object as he walked, making a B-line he nearly bumped into three apprentices, one babbling their apologies with a absolutely hideous half-tail and scarred rear, fresh and angry red scars looking so majestic as they seemed to dance up her back, another two apprentices, one obviously trouble by the way he trailed off after the other she-cat whom just looked nervous in general. Scoffing at the though at how nervous every cat seemed to be he sat himself down just in front of another group of apprentices, hoping to pick up juicy information.

"Please don't go!" he pleaded. He couldn't understand why she would want to sit by herself on the only night they really got to see eachother. "Hi!" Icepaw said as he turned to the other apprentice. "I'm Icepaw of Windclan, who are yo--" Icepaw spoke until someone tumbled into him. He got up quickly and saw a younger apprentice who seemed to be really worried she caused trouble. "Hey!" he yelled to get her attention. "It's ok, I don't mind. Don't be afraid, I won't claw your ears off" He said in a sweet and caring tone. He officially enjoyed the gathering and had no problem chatting with other cats any more and unlike Viperpaw, Icepaw always had a handsome flirty side to him, but was always to shy to show it.

Fawnpaw kept padding away, secretly she wanted him to follow, she sat at the edge with her tail wrapped around her tightly and saw him talking to someone else. She rolled her eyes and looked away upset. Figures.

Ugg, what is it with she-cats? Why are they so nice and then seem to hate you? He thought to himself, partially sad.

Cloverpaw exchanged glances with Fawnpaw. "I'll take care of him Fawnpaw go on." She meowed then padded over to Rabbitpaw. "Hi I'm Cloverpaw from Thunderclan nice to meet you"

Fawnpaw looked up at silverpelt, Well at least Starclan is happy. She mewed quietly to herself. Before checking on her brothers and sneaking a glance at Icepaw

"That's a cool name I was named for my fur color I guess I'm not really sure"Peonypaw mewed smiling some as she looked at him.

Cloverpaw padded over to Fawnpaw. "What's wrong?" She meowed as she sat down next to her clanmate and wrapped her tail around her paws.

Foxfang, who was totally there the entire time, watched the apprentices around him chattering on and on, without any end it seemed. It felt like his ears were going to fall off! Looking around almost desperately for a cat to sit by, someone from his own clan. It stunk enough just to be around the other clan cats, in no way was he going to sit by them. Spotting Specklefur not too far away, looking annoyed as well, I might add, Foxfang padded over and sat next to her. Not too close or too far to be awkward. Just half a tail length or so. Sarcasm arose.

"This is a load of barnacles. Having fun too?"



Pebblelight followed along with the bulk of Windclan, keeping an eye on her son, Icepaw. This would be his first gathering. In the few minutes she'd been watching him, he'd seemed to upset a few apprentices. She purred at him teasingly. "Don't make me come over there!" The she-cat waved her tail at him to indicate she wouldn't uphold that. She then sat and curled her paws under her grey chest, tail tucked next to her.

Specklefur was about to shut her eyes and will for sleep to get away from the chattering until she heard the approach of a cat about a tail-length from her. Raising her head she found it to be Foxfang, a rather dashing young tom from Thunderclan. Giving a shrug of her shoulders she turned back to the apprentices before turning back to the tom as he spoke to Specklefur, sarcasm evident in his voice, but Specklefur was glad it wasn't towards her for once and with a huff she responded. "Plenty, I can feel my heart jump from my chest in excitement and joy." Specklefur sarcastically replied, a growl nearly slipping from her throat but she found that she didn't want to shoo away any company from her for once in her life.


Stonepaw found that conversation was quickly ensuing before she could get her reply out. Nervously getting to her paws she shot from the little group, her heart pounding with fear as he found herself rounding a bit behind the great rock where almost no cats were huddling or speaking. Sighing in relief the scarred apprentice sat herself down and took in and let out shaky breaths of air.

Frostsnap had been lost in the endless sea of apprentices, unable to find where Thunderclan was sitting. She'd been sidetracked a little when she tried to follow her brother, Sunpelt, but had gotten lost. The white she-cat was surprised just how crowded the gathering was, and the chatter was almost overwhelming. With apprentices from each clan nattering on, and cats of unfamiliar scents everywhere, it was a nightmare to push through. When she eventually spotted Specklefur and Foxfang, she wasted no time joining them.

"It's a bit more crowded than I remember." The she-cat commented, approaching the pair and sitting down besides Specklefur. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hope Riverclan turn up soon so this gathering can start already."

"Thank you." Viperpaw replied, the tom preening a little at the praise. "There is no mystery to why you were called that. Your fur is lovely and elegant, I think Peony truly suits you."

OOC: Is Mousepaw of ShadowClan here? I don't remember. Lol.

IC: Silkpaw nervously looked around, getting lost of the smells and sights of the cats. Frantically, Silkpaw ran in and out of the maze of cats, and desperately looked for Sunpelt. She saw the Orange-y striped pelt of Sunpelt, and bounded over. Noticing Fennelcloud, she stopped, very embarrassed. "H- hi, I'm," Silkpaw stammered nervously, "Silkpaw of ThunderClan..." She stepped back, and pinned her ears back, waiting for the response.

Frozenflame was there. He sat down

Stormpaw came in with her dad

Soaringwing was there too

Emberpaw padded in with his clan
