The dog the group of them had been fighting fled, but Beechfang did not pause, only giving her brief battle companions a short nod as she turned away. There were more dogs to fend off if they all wanted to get out of here. Her single yellow-green eye found a familiar pelt in the crowd, one that she hadn't saw before now otherwise she certainly wouldn't have been helping anyone else with fighting the dogs. Birdchaser - Birdstar now, she was sure, and what looked like an apprentice-aged cat were fighting, and Beechfang wasted no time in moving towards them. Leaping onto one of the tables for a better start, the big tabby launched herself from it, paws viciously slamming into the dog's head. The force of the blow from above was enough to send the dog into the ground for a moment, but not long enough as Beechfang landed, spinning to face the creature.
Beechfang used Upright Lock on Dog #1 for -10 sp, dealing -12 damage.

Stoneheart blinked at the massive gray tabby that had joined the fight with her clanmates. She didn't recognize her, but in the moment it didn't really matter. They were all against the dogs, she figured, and so the smoke-gray she-cat bounded forward as well, slashing at the dog with unsheathed claws.
Stoneheart used Front Paw Strike on Dog #1 for -7 hp, dealing -8 damage.

Mottlestar huffed as she saw the dog run away, giving a nod of pride to her daughter. As Comfreyheart would mention bringing Starlingflare back to camp, the tortoiseshell's ears flattened against her head, and she nodded. "Yes. Take him back, and stay safe. Please. Starlingflare, you're no longer fit for battle. Go back to camp." She commanded, before looking around to find her next target. She saw the clear shape of Birdstar, and without a second thought, the molly went straight for it. "Pick on someone else, you mutt!" The leader hissed, her claws seeking to find purchase in the dog's fur.
Mottlestar used jumping strike on Dog #1! She dealt 12 (10+2) damage and used 7 stamina.
Mottlestar 80 / 80 HP 146 / 170 SP [-7]
Dog #1: 10/100 HP 125/200 SP
Murkyripple followed her mother in suit, but found an opening to dive under the dog's belly. Hoping for the best, she dove, claws unsheated. They found purchase beneath the dog's stomach, and she ripped as hard as she could, letting out a hiss.
Murkyripple used belly rake! It was a success! She dealt 15 damage to Dog #1 and used 25 stamina. Murkyripple 30 / 30 HP 48 / 80 SP [-25]
Dog #1 has been KO'd! Dog #1: -5/100 HP [-15] 125/200 SP
She gave a nod to her clanmates as they all attacked, the russet molly continuing to strike at the canine. But she watched as her sister took the damage for Sprucebark, and Minksplash let out a strangled cry. It only fueled her anger further, continuing to beat into the dog's pelt.
Minksplash used front paw strike! She dealt 10 damage and used 7 stamina.

The dog was insistent on chasing her around. Birdstar preferred that, really– she hardly wanted to see Thornstalker be ripped into. And if the beast got violent enough, then she had the lives to spare. She would have at least liked for it to rest for a moment, though. Pause, gather its wits, something other than snap at her repeatedly so she could catch her own breath and take a bit of weight off her leg for a moment. But it was relentless, and so she would be too. Diving forward, Birdstar aimed to rake her claws down its chest, but was caught mid-leap by teeth around her neck.
A yelp of surprise and pain left her, and Birdstar thrashed in an attempt to connect and draw enough blood to shock its jaw loose. But the teeth held fast around her, and then the dog started to whip its head side to side. Birdstar's head was pounding, vision dark and hazy when she was tossed away to the ground.
Squeezing her eyes shut, she gave her vision time to clear enough that she could make out basic shapes before refocusing on the fight. As she opened her eyes, she saw a figure dart out of the crowd to swipe at the dog... and another dropping from above, bringing heavy paws down on the dog's head. With a labored huff, Birdstar forced her legs to rise under her, gave herself a good shake to clear the last of the stars from her vision. Now that everything wasn't just blurry writhing, she was pleased to see one of the cats that joined the fight was Stoneheart– and stunned to see the other was Beechfang.
"Mom!" She shouted. Adrenaline shoved away the last of her daze, but before she could throw herself recklessly back into the fight, Mottlestar and another cat she didn't recognize sprung out of the crowd, battering the dog hard enough to make it cower. Jogging hurriedly to the group, Birdstar hurried to Beechfang's side. She couldn't think of anything proper to say, and her head still spun enough to make her wonder if she hadn't imagined the silver tabby... but the fond push of her head against Beechfang's cheek hopefully said enough.
Birdstar used Random Recall, though the dog is (pending) K.O.
Rowanpaw
Shortly after he'd released Kitespring's cage and moved to rejoin Stormdance, a voice stopped and made Rowanpaw turn. Sprucebark! And Sandypaw (though that couldn't be her name anymore... though he'd failed to learn a new one from Minksplash or Sootspirit) was beside him, looking terrified. Mixed glee and grief stirred in his chest. So much of his family was here, and there were no words to express his absolute joy over finally, finally seeing them again... and yet, they were here. How long had the others been missing from RiverClan? Where had they gone? The thoughts were almost enough to tamp down the pure elation.
Before he could move to greet them, Sprucebark leaped from the structure to the ground below. He threw himself straight toward the dog, right alongside Minksplash. Admiration stirred in Rowanpaw's heart, but it fizzled quickly. White teeth glinted against the sunlight, aimed straight for his brother– and then they closed around Sandypaw. It looked like she went limp on contact.
Nausea and terror hit him harder than any monster. For once though, Rowanpaw did not freeze at the sight of something horrific. The instant heavy jaws bit down on her, his muscles were bunching. "Sandy!" He yowled, springing off the table. To see his sister again for the first time since leaf-fall, and for her to be torn into by a dog only moments later... Rowanpaw ignored the tightness in his chest, focusing on the impact of his paws against ground. Without wasting an instant, he lunged into the mass of combatants. Snarling, he raked his claws through the beast's flank as he lunged towards its hind to grip its thick tail between his teeth, digging his teeth in as hard as he could. If it spun on him, fine. He would let himself be maimed before losing his family again.
Rowanpaw used Snap and Desperate Blows on Dog #4, dealing 10 (6+4) damage and costing 14 (7+7) SP.
❖ Forsome strange reason, the dog was so fixated on Sablestrike that it pretty much disregarded the others. Luckily, the younger warrior had dodged the last attack but the dog was persistent. Thankfully, it appeared that the dog was starting to weaken significantly. They needed to finish this soon. ღ
❖ Takinga look around Fourtrees, he could see that most of the battles had been finished. They could almost go home! Forestbreeze turned back to face the dog. A few moments earlier, Locustcall had tried to reach the canine's underbelly but it hadn't been successful. The warrior had gotten a paw to the face for it. Maybe he could give it a go? An animal's underside is one of its weakest points. If only he could get to it... ღ
❖ Hetook the risk. The grey-and-white warrior attempted a similar maneuver toward the dog as Locust had done but with a bit more momentum. He just needed to reach his claws! Please! ღ
❖ Forestbreezehissed when he immediately realized that it wasn't going to work. He twisted around mid-slide and got clipped by a furious dog paw. Ouch! Well, they just had to wear it down in other ways. At least he tried... ღ
《❥Forestbreeze used [Belly Rake] on Dog 2! It dealt NO damage. It cost him -25 [SP] and -5 [HP].

Forestbreeze made an attempt to copy his move, but failed as well. The dog seemed to know just as well as they did that their belly was soft and was protecting it fiercely; they'd just have to find a new target. If Forestbreeze was unable to copy him, then he would copy the other tom, his eyes narrowing at the mongrel's head. He rose up on his back paws and forced all of his weight down on its skull, hissing ins fury. He wanted this to be over and the dog's willpower to continue fighting seemed to be hanging on by a thread now. One more good hit could send it running.
Locustcall used Upright Lock, costing 10 SP and dealing 10 damage!

Starlingflare grit his teeth both at the pain and the suggestion of leaving cats here and returning home. He still had some energy he could still fight but as soon as Mottlestar commanded it, he wasn't going to fight it anymore. "Alright.. Stay safe." He told his leader before she could run off again. The silver warrior gave a nod to Comfreyheart. The senior warrior lend into her side and allowed her to guide him home. Hoping she didn't mind the blood on her pelt.

As soon as the dog they were fighting was gone, Thornstalker was quick to run off and finish one of the other dogs that was remaining. It had been weakened enough that a simple swipe with her claws sent the dog running.

After freeing Rowanpaw, Stormdance pressed against his apprentice in return, a soft, rumbling purr escaping him. Rowanpaw smelled different now, he was bigger, he was taller than Stormdance, and that would be something that would take getting used to. Stormdance spotted a new scar across his nose. Despite the changes, he would know his little brother anywhere. Questions popped in his mind, but there was no time to ask any of them, and the brief moment of reunion was brought to a sharp close all too soon as chaos continued to reign around them.
Still, there was just enough time for Stormdance to press his nose to Rowanpaw’s forehead in return and give a soft, “I’ve missed you too, little fox.” Then Rowanpaw turned to greet Minksplash, and chaos resumed.
Stormdance returned to his task, but rapidly cages were emptying out before Stormdance even had the chance to reach them. He could hear the sounds of battle continue behind him, the determined shouts of his newly-rescued clanmates, but he didn’t break focus from his task at hand until he heard the shouts for Sandyshell.
Stormdance turned around, taking in the battle. Sandyshell was on the ground, a fact that made his heart leap into his throat, but several of the dogs were either gone or also passed out. A quick glance back confirmed that all the cages were open, so Stormdance leapt down to help his clanmates finish off the remaining dog.
No sooner had he done so did he see the last dog turning on his apprentice with jaws opened wide. He had not been able to protect Sandyshell from getting hurt, nor had he been able to prevent Rowanpaw or any of the others from being captured in the first place, but he would not allow this dog to hurt his apprentice.
“Rowanpaw!” He cried, moving forward as fast as his paws could take him to leap in front of the dog before it could reach Rowanpaw. No sooner had he done so did he feel hot, sharp teeth clamp down on him. Stormdance cried out as blood dripped down his gray pelt. When the dog let go, Stormdance stumbled away with a weak hiss, turning back to face it in a defensive position even as pain rolled through him.
Stormdance used Blocking Leap, costing -5 SP and taking the -22 damage instead of Rowanpaw.

It looked like almost everyone was out…Crookedpaw noticed there was one cat left, with some WindClan cat trying to get her out. He scampered over. “May I assist?” he asked. He wondered if his luck with these cages would run out as he reached to fiddle with the mechanism. It seemed it had, as his claw slipped from the stuck mechanism.
Crookedpaw is trying to free Harebounce! And…failed.
Iceheart
There was one cat left in a cage.Iceheart wanted to help take down the last dog still bothering the cats, but she knew a hoard of clan cats could handle it. The sooner they got cats out, the better. She hurried up to the SkyClan and WindClan cat to try and reach to assist. The SkyClan cat started talking about a stuck mechanism, but Iceheart ignored him...until she also failed to unlatch the cage. Foxdung.

There were so many cats running around, so many barking dogs, so much chaos, that Perchstar could no longer understand everything that was happening. She was fighting the dog alongside Mottlestar, aiming for another blow, but then stopped in shock when she recognized a silver tabby pelt among the other cats darting back and forth. Beechfang. Their eyes met for a moment--the tabby's face twisted into a sneer--and then in the mass of flashing claws, Perchstar lost sight of her. What? Had that really happened? Had she just imagined it? In the frozen few moments it took her to comprehend what she'd just seen, the dog they'd been fighting had dropped down. The pile of cats attacking it had been too much for it. But obviously they weren't safe yet. Three more dogs were still snarling, snapping at warriors and apprentices alike.
Perchstar took advantage of the momentary pause when the dog dropped to look around the clearing. Where was Stormdance? It took her a couple of seconds to find him releasing cats from the odd mechanisms by the Great Rock. But oh, the wave of relief that swept over her when she saw the familiar faces leaping down from their imprisonment. Sprucebark, Sootspirit, Sandyshell, Rowanpaw, nearly all of her missing Clanmates freed from the Twolegs. And yet, as soon as many of them were free, they joined in the fight. It only took a few seconds. But, still stunned from the speed at which things were happening, the leader could only watch in horror as Sandyshell went down. Even as Stormdance rushed into the fight, yowling in anguish, blocking a blow meant for Rowanpaw, Perchstar felt her own paws moving quickly. There was no point in joining the massive crowd of cats striking at the dog. Her only thought was that she had just barely gotten her Clanmates back--and she was not going to lose them. Not like this. Not now.
Narrowed icy blue eyes took in the situation as she approached the enormous, chaotic fight. Stormdance was a capable warrior who could take care of himself. Sandyshell's unmoving body lay on the ground, far too close to the predator for her comfort. Rowanpaw and Sprucebark stood shellshocked. "You two," she snapped at them, authority and concern making her tone more harsh than she would have liked. "Help me grab your sister. We're taking her out of here. The others will be okay--the dog can't fight against that many cats. Saving her is more important." To have her medicine cat returned, and then instantly injured so badly... her head was whirling, but there was no time. Perchstar grabbed Sandyshell's scruff as gently as she could, beginning to move her away from the conflict. If the other two assisted her, this would be a lot easier.
Perchstar is taking Sandyshell to safety, and has asked Rowanpaw and Sprucebark for help.

Sprucebark could only helplessly watch in horror as his siter dove in front of the dog taking the hit that was meant for him. "SANDYYYY NOOOO" he cried out as she fell limp by his paws.
Guilt and fear burned into him. It was his job to protect her, not the other way around. Why did she have to do this??
He was the one that should be bleeding on the forest floor not her. His heart dropped when the dog released her and she thudded to the floor not moving.
Soon after, the dog also went for rowanpaw. Sprucebark watched again helplessly as it aimed to take out another one of his littermates. However this time, Stormdance took the hit narrowly saving Rowanpaw.
Sprucebark was pulled back to the present by Perchstars words and he blinked snapping out of his temporary shocked dazed state.
Sprucebark of course was a warrior of the code and the code was always what he lived by. So the leaders word was the law and therefore anything Perchstar asked for would be carried out by him.
He nodded shakily as he helped gently move Sandyshells unconcious and wounded body away from immediate danger.
He looked at the bloodied stained pelt of his sister and nearly lost it but managed to keep moving her towards the edges of fourtrees with his leader.
To be returned to his family only for moments later something like this to happen felt miserable.
Sprucebark has left the fight to take care of Sandyshell. He is no longer fighting
Sprucebark uses run away using all remaining sp for battle and can no longer fight

Minksplash gave a nod to her leader as she appeared, feeling relief from the silver and white molly's form. But the battle wasn't over yet, and she was going to finish it if she had the power to. Trying to slide under the dog, the she-cat ended up letting out a yelp as her unworked muscles recoiled, clearly not having the whole "slide under a dog and finish it off" thing.

Mottlestar gave a nod of gratitude at the fact Starlingflare didn't put up a fight. It seemed there was one last canine to finish off... and to say that the Thunderclan leader was pissed was an understatement. For once, she looked much more like a cat about to murder every last cat alive than the friendly molly she usually was, especially as blood tattered her pelt. Looking to her daughter, it was a silent nod that sent the two of them hurling towards the canine.
Murkyripple was close on her mother's tail, ready to end the last creature that seemed to be causing them problems. But she was admittedly rather exhausted, they had just one last task to do. Both she-cats found themselves launching at the dog, claws and teeth extended.
Mottlestar used Front Paw Strike on Dog #4! She dealt 12 (10+2) damage and used 7 stamina. Murkyripple used Snap on Dog #4! She dealt 7 damage and used 7 stamina.
