Happy first, clanmates! Time to head into a whole new month full of cat chaos and Character DevelopmentTM.
Don't worry Catface, it's for the plot, you'll be fine I promise.
We've made some more changes, and we have plenty more in the works! Here's a quick sneak peek:
- A new admin joins the team, Gravis now co-admins with Holly! Big congratulations!!
- Last month we got a temporary battle system out on site, but we're not done yet! We're still refining it, but we've already made quite a bit of progress thanks to the fantastic feedback we've received so far. Check out the newest changes here, and take a look at the corresponding tweaks we've made to the hunting system as well over here! Stay tuned for new patches and updates <3
- We're working on some revisions to the HR guidelines to help things run more smoothly, so keep an eye out for that!
- Survey reintroduction is also being looked into. We're going to be reworking how they're delivered and reformatting them for future launch.
quote of the month (submissions)
The quote of the month is designed to display the fun, inspiring, or impactful dialogue that our userbase comes up with. Quotes can be submitted at any time but staff will only select eligible quotes from the month prior to the release of the newsletter. Our goal is to feature different characters from all different clans and various users. Quotes will be selected by staff from the submitted pool and will be shared alongside their origin topic, along with the character name, roleplayer, and context for the quote.
Quotes can be submitted in the form linked. Please feel free to submit multiple quotes during every monthly time period. All submissions are anonymous, so of course you may submit your own as well. If you have a quote you'd like to see included in the quote of the month competition, you can fill out the form!
current site happenings
Below you can find some brief notes of major things happening on the site. Please note this section will only very lightly cover current events. Please visit your local clan pages for more detailed information on in-clan details.
Greenleaf treks on! This last moon proved to be quieter overall for the clans, giving them time to rebuild in strength and number.
- Shadowclan's Medicine Cat has gone missing, leaving Nightpaw to handle her duties alone. A recent skirmish with a Windclan trespasser has left Lilyvalley injured but alive and victorious.
- Skyclan relaxes into a more peaceful moon, the damage dealt by the dogs showing the first threads of mending. New apprentices grace the clan as they grow in strength and number once again.
- Thunderclan concerns grow over their missing clanmates, but celebrates a new wave of kits. Sleepycloud's training is coming along wonderfully!
- Windclan abounds with newly named warriors and apprentices. This last moon has been prosperous! (Speedy will be on a weeklong vacation starting on the 5th of July. More information here.)
- Riverclan has found a new Medicine Cat Apprentice in Pigeonpounce! Last moon was relatively quiet, yielding a newly named apprentice and warrior each, as well as the passing of two fellow clanmates.
