Beneath the shelter of the great oak forest Thunderclanners carried out their duties, unaware of the dangers that approached. A small patrol had been sent out to Fourtrees earlier in the day, Thunderclan’s leader among them, their goal to investigate the message Starclan had sent seven sunrises prior. From fourtrees, though, was the origin of the very dangers that threatened the clans. Having traveled all the way from Fourtrees, two dogs came barreling into Thunderclan’s camp, violently disturbing the previous peace…
Two dogs have stumbled into Thunderclan camp, having escaped from the adoption event at fourtrees! You must defend your clanmates! Enemies are not able to be stunned or pinned!

Nightdancer's tendency to be distant and quiet hadn't wholly dissipated, but she had been feeling just a bit more like herself in recent days. Fretting over Mottlestar's absence, gone to investigate Fourtrees, wasn't exactly pleasant but it was a change of pace from the empty lethargy that had filled her days for so long.
The dogs burst in unexpectedly, a sudden intrusion upon what had been a worrying but otherwise relatively ordinary day, and the warrior took one split second to process what she was seeing before she called out to her clanmates, in a louder voice than she had used for quite some time:
"Intruders!"
Immediately she leapt forward, concerning herself only with the defense of her home; claws and teeth tearing into the intruder's flesh without a shred of mercy.
Nightdancer used Jumping Strike, dealing 11 damage and costing 7 SP!
Acornpaw had been curled up in her nest, nose buried under her tail. Her training had come to a standstill - something that was rather easy to understand why when the Clan hadn't seen hide or tail of her assigned mentor for...A long while. She knew she could always ask Mottlestar for a new mentor or...Or something, but with cats going missing and then returning...
Was it foolish to hold onto hope that Sunstrike would return?
Her ears perked at the sound of chaos suddenly erupting outside of the den - hearing Nightdancer call out intruders. W-Was another Clan invading? She jumped to her paws, rushing from the den only to halt in surprise at the sight of the two creatures - Nightdancer already fighting one of them. They were...They had to be dogs, right? She had heard tales about them but... She swallowed, taking a step back in fear. She...She didn't know how to fight.
She had gone hunting a few times with the Clan but she had always hoped that Sunstrike would return. She...She just hadn't wanted him to think that she had replaced him but now... What was she suppose to do?!? She didn't know how to fight and even if she did, these dogs looked strong - could she stand up to them? But... She also had to do something. A small whimper escaped her as she darted forward - ramming full speed into one of the dog's legs before she scampered beneath and behind it - hoping to keep away from its jaws.
Acornpaw used Jumping Strike on dog #2, dealing 9 (6+3) damage and costing 7 stamina.
❖ Thunderclancamp was much emptier than was comfortable. Mottlestar had taken some warriors and had left for Fourtrees in search of the meaning of the prophecy. The molly wasn't comfortable with the lack of clanmates but smoothed down her worries as she performed her regular camp duties with diligence. ღ
❖ Briarrosewas startled by fierce growls emanating through the clearing as well as Nightdancer's loud call. Cold dread filled her heart. Dogs! Two dogs were seen rushing into the camp, all teeth and cold eyes. Half the warrior force was gone and nobody was truly prepared; There wasn't any time to prepare. They just had to fight and defend the camp with all their might. Oh stars, give them strength! ღ
❖ Nightdancerwas currently engaged with one of the dogs and a brave Acornpaw quickly followed suit and jumped right at the second one. Panic filled the torbie warrior but she shoved that away. Out of the two fights, Acornpaw needed the most help. So, she quickly dashed over to the younger she-cat and snapped her jaws closed into the dog's shoulder. She furiously scratched the mutt with wild claws before pulling away and standing in front of Acornpaw. She wasn't going to allow the fleabag to hurt the apprentice. ღ

Sunpaw was carefully teasing out the tangles in his fur when Nightdancer's shriek caught him by surprise. Intruders? The tom jumped to his paws and streaked into the camp, where he found his clanmates battling two large dogs. The sight of those sharp teeth and viscous eyes sent shivers down his spine. Where was Goldenpaw, or Sparkpaw? Was Blazefang still in camp? Fear for his family sent him hurling at the dogs, his claws lashing out to draw blood.

Lichenpaw had returned from a hunt only moments earlier... he'd made it to the fresh-kill pile with his prey, dropping it alongside the others' catches, when thundering pawsteps and snarls floated to him on the breeze. The apprentice whipped around in time to see two dogs crash through the tunnel and into camp, all slavering jaws and wide, dark eyes. Without thinking, he charged forward to the closest offender, yowling a challenge. Lichenpaw slammed into the dog's haunch full-force, raking both sets of claws down its legs.
Lichenpaw used Front Paw Strike on Dog#2, dealing 6 damage at the cost of 7 stamina.
Goldenpaw returned from patrol, a mouse dangling from her jaws. Raising her head, she took in the scene before her; cats shrieked as they tore at the dogs, and the dogs snapped in every direction, blood splattering the snow in the clearing. Dropping the mouse, she ran towards the nearest dog and sank her teeth in it's legs. Why were there dogs here? Fear fluttered in her chest like a butterfly.

Echopaw tail lengths behind Goldenpaw returning from their patrol skidded to a halt as he saw the dogs. He had seen a few when coming back from Twolegplace, but never this close-up. Echopaw pinned his ears flat and raced towards the closest dog, claws outstretched. He hesitated against the owl, he wouldn't here. Echopaw used Front Paw Strike on Dog #1, dealing 6 DMG and costing 7 SP.
The black and white apprentice jolted from her sleep at the cry of intruder. It took her a second to realize that the noises from the clearing were not part of a bad dream, but instead were very real. Patchpaw flicked some moss off of her pelt as she darted out of the apprentice den, her green eyes stretched wide with shock when she saw the dogs.
She threw herself into the fray with Echopaw, Sunpaw, and Nightdancer, coming at the dog from the side to divide his attention, and scoring sharp claws down a flank. Patchpaw used Front Paw Strike on Dog #1, dealing 6 DMG and costing 7 SP.

Crimsonpaw was out hunting when it happened. He smelled it first, the unmistakable scent of dogs. He'd always avoided them while he was in twolegplace, but he had also been a kit and completely untrained at the time. He froze, trying to locate where the scent was coming from. It was coming from the direction of camp. Crimsonpaw sprinted towards the camp, abandoning the mouse he had been stalking. As he neared his ears began to pick up the sounds of the dogs crashing through the undergrowth and the surprised yowls of his clanmates.
Crimsonpaw skidded to a halt as he entered ThunderClan's camp. There were two dogs, each of them already being attacked and viciously trying to shake off their attackers. Filled with a rage that he had never felt before, Crimsonpaw leaped towards the dog that Briarrose was fighting with his long claws outstreached, bowling into it. He was not going to let it hurt her or any of his Clanmates!
Crimsonpaw used Jumping Strike on Dog #2, dealing 6+3 damage and costing 7 stamina
The old elder heard a big ruckus outside... what in stars?
He groggily poked his head out of his den glancing around. Huhh?
He saw big dogs attacking his clanmates and he freaked out.
"Gah! Time to show the youngins how to fight!" he meowed as he "charged" at the dog
his charge looking alot more like he was trying to hide a limp but hey he was gonna do what he could to these invaders. His clanmates needed all paws on deck and he still had claws to use.
He managed to swipe at the Dog (Dog1) and got a smack in with some claws. That would show 'em!

Darkspirit heard Leopardsun's shriek and he spun to see two dogs... Two. Dogs. There wasn't time to hesitate. The warrior lurched forward and assisted his apprentice in the fray. He couldn't say that he was scared, nor was he angry, he was simply doing what needed to be done to keep Thunderclan safe. Nothing more.

Sparkpaw sprang awake from where she'd been sunning herself at the edge of the ThunderClan camp.Intruders? she thought groggily, Nightdancer's yowl still echoing in her ears. Oh. Dogs!! Sparkpaw spotted the pair of them, their tongues lolling as they barked and growled at the surrounding cats.
She practically threw herself to Sunpaw's side, claws lashing out to meet the nearest dog. Not while I'm still breathing, the ThunderClan apprentice thought, ears pounding with the thrill of battle.
Sparkpaw used Front Paw Strike on Dog #1, dealing 6 damage and costing her 7 stamina!
After achieving freedom, the pair of dogs had ventured into the forest before finding themselves surrounded by hostile cats. Being attacked from all angles, one of the dogs lunged forward, grabbing a cat between its jaws and viscously shaking them around. The other locked their jaws around the leg of a cat and bit down as hard as it could
Dog1 has used Iron Bite on Whitewhisker, dealing 22 HP and costing 30 SP
Dog2 has used Thrash on Lichenpaw, dealing 10 HP and costing 15 HP. Lichenpaw is stunned for 1 turn!!
