I use rainu's guide.


If you want your cats' ages calculated, just fill out this form.

SOME EXAMPLES
Cloudstone is 134ish moons old.
Scorchbranch is 229 moons old.
Goldeneye is 54 moons old.
Sparrowpaw is 34 moons old.
Scorchclaw is 50 moons old.

You think 52 moons is old? 

Nutfur is 90 moons old. (technically 91 but anything higher than 90 is required to be an elder)

No, 52 is not "old" per say. It's pretty old to only have become a warrior around fifty. This little thing is older than her own deputy.

Wolf is approximately 12 moons old.

According to the guide, should he have retired from deputyship before then? I was not aware of the guide, so if he was supposed to, my bad. I don't wanna retire him, though, he's come so far T-T

If Scorchstar was apprenticed at six moons old, then Scorchstar is 39 moons old.
Shade is 42 moons old.
Flurryshine is 27 moons old. Technically she gained Firepaw as an apprentice at 17 moons.
Orchidpaw and Poppypaw are 11 moons old.
Snowdrop is 26 moons old.

uhrm.... Scorchstar is only 39 because of the high rank rule. Without the rule, he'd be 56, again, if apprenticed by six.

Was he six moons as of the apprentice ceremony, though? If not, how old do you think he would be? Over 1 week wouldn't count, in canon I'd assume he'd be app'd by six.
If he was apprenticed at six moons, Jaystar is 90 without the high rank slowdown, and 63 with the high rank slowdown.
