March Gathering 2013

Shadepaw stopped talking with Possumpaw and Ivypaw, hearing that a new apprentice had arrived at Fourtrees. She turned around to see Whitepaw, a ThunderClan apprentice.

Also seeing Whitepaw Possumpaw called, "Come over here Whitepaw! Come meet Ivypaw and Shadepaw."

Sitting in the crowd, Embershade kept her eyes forward, towards the rock where the leaders always would stand. For a brief second, she let her eyes scan the cats, looking for the familiar pelts that sought home in ThunderClan territory: SkyClan. Finally, her eyes rested on the oh-so familiar Larchcloud. Her eyes lit up, remembering how Embershade was Larchcloud's role-model.

Whitepaw heard Possumpaw call his name and went over to the apprentice. "Hi."

Larchcloud spotted Embershade, and she padded over to her. "Embershade! It's been awhile since I've seen you!" The she-cat mewed happily. It was always fun to see friends again, correct?

Embershade nodded in response. "How is SkyClan?" She asked, wondering if the clan was okay.

Larchcloud forced to let out a purr. "We're recovering a lot. I've gotten two apprentices of my own. We've lost some clan members, but we are good." She hoped she was giving to much information, but she felt like she wasn't.

[coler=maroon]"That's good." Embershade replied, relief easily found in her voice.

OOC: We should stop and wait for the others...

BECAUSE SANDPAW HAD TOTALLY BEEN HERE THE WHOLE TIME.


Sandpaw looked around from her spot beside Embershade; she was only there because she couldn't seem to find Dewclaw, her mentor. She really couldn't care less about talking with the other cats, but it was interesting took look at them. Dark fur, light fur, short fur, long fur... All different colors and most with patterns. They all varied in size from short to tall, and from plump to thin. Her eyes then wandered over to the deputies.
She was impressed by how strong they looked. That is, until she saw the Leaders with all of their stronger and somewhat thicker looking muscles and battle scars. As Sandpaw continued her stares in awe, she realized that there was something much more to to the leaders than their scars and thick muscles... But, since she couldn't think of what it was, she just shrugged it off and continued to look about. Her dusty green eyes finally met with the unkempt pelt of, as for as she could tell, a RiverClan cat. "That's nasty." She decided.
She had seen plenty of blood from when she had still been a kit. She knew of the battles that went on outside the camp, and examining that dried blood just beside her soft paws, she knew it wasn't something to joke about. She loved the thought of battle, but knew it wasn't something to consider as a hobby.
