March Gathering 2013

As an elder, Duststorm strolled in at the end of the Windclan group. He stared around at all the other clan cats, feeling as though he were looking through some other cat's eyes at the scene. It was strange, being an elder, having gone through what these cats were going through right at the moment. Anticlimactically, he sat himself along the edge of the clearing, paws tucked under his chest.

OOC: Feel free to taunt/insult/make fun of Reedheart, if you want to ;w; pls

IC: It was almost painful to walk into Fourtrees. Despite the abundance of fish, he looked gaunt and skinny. His fur was matted in places and it looked like he hadn't properly groomed himself. The way he held his head down and tripped about every couple of steps, it was obvious he hadn't slept recently. Reedheart seemed to flinch as he set a paw into the clearing, pushing blindly through a bush and into the crowd of cats. This was his first Gathering in moons, since he was an apprentice. He should be excited and glad. But even though the blood and marks of battle had mostly washed away, he couldn't forget what had happened here... Still, the warrior had insisted on coming. He had to be strong.

Compared to his Clanmates, he looked like a walking corpse. Reedheart sat at the edge, focusing dull green eyes on the Great Rock. He didn't dare look around at the cats around him, and deep down he knew he just didn't want to face their stares and silent judging... or maybe not so silent. He knew how aggressive these cats could be.

Reedheart almost snorted out loud at the thought. He'd fought by the side of many of them hardly a moon ago. The young tom, who might have been handsome if not for his unkempt appearance, silently dared anyone to say anything to him.

Lionstar followed Froststar up onto the Great Rock, sitting down in his own place. He looked around, as if trying to spot something or some one. It was revealed after a moment, though, what he was looking for.

"I wonder where Flamestar is?" He meowed, a bit of curiosity in his tone. "Skyclan is late, so it seems."

((Imma just bring SkyClan in because we're having a leader-deputy-clan issue o.e))

Kestrelflight slinked into the clearing, her head down. She didn't even liked the gathering. Everything was wrong right now in SkyClan. She turned her head, hoping SkyClan was follwoing.

Silvershade padded into the clearing not far behind her leader, a few wounds still showing along her coat. She surveyed the cats in the clearing silently after she took her spot beneath the Great Rock. She flicked an ear of acknowledgement towards the other deputies and sat silently.

Silentstar padded in, her clan following her. Jumping onto the Great Rock, she nodded to the other leaders, mewing, "Sorry I'm late. We've just been sorting ourselves out after our troubles. I'll explain later." Sighing, she watched her clanmates. Her clan seemed so weak, but she wasn't going to admit that. Her eyes dull from stress and lost memories, Silentstar's body looked as small as an apprentice and she looked as if she was wet after falling into a river.

Ivypaw pressed close to her mentor. "There are so many cats," she whispered.

"Yeah, that'll eat you if you don't be careful." she hissed, showing her apprentice to where the medicine cats sat.

"He... Hello there," Shadepaw stuttered to Ivypaw, "What's y-your name?" Why must I stutter when I'm nervous, she thought annoyedly

Possumpaw looked around. Seeing Shadepaw and Ivypaw she walked over and sat down a little ways and waited to see if they would notice her. She didn't want to interrupt them.

Shadepaw noticed another cat had joined them. "Hello," she said, trying not to look afraid. All these new cats, she thought to herself, will I have to fight them all someday?

Possumpaw looked up and padded to sit next to them. "Hello. What are your names?" She asked as politely as she could.

"I'm Shadepaw, of WindClan" Shadepaw replied

Larchcloud followed the group. Her head was high. She looked up around the clearing. Last time she was here, she was fighting the 'demolites'. She heard the vicious battle ring in her ears. But forcing it out, she decided to check if Embershade was there. She wanted to see her so badly; and she missed.

Whitepaw walked around not sure who to meet because this was his first gathering.
