It was almost sun-high by this point. The day was moving on, but so was the progression of the tournament. Two more matches until the final three. This one had the winner of the other sibling fight, Ravenpaw, who Perchstar knew little about other than his victory and some words about rocks that reminded her of a familiar face. Ravenpaw's opponent she knew far better. Sunpaw, Willowpaw's friend, who had beaten her in their spar. Still she attempted not to hold some foolish grudge over it. Really, it would make no sense for her to do anything of the sort. Instead she resigned herself to her neutrality and looked at both apprentices. "You know the rules by now," the leader told them. "Ready--set--begin."
The dice determine who goes first. 1, 2, 3 = Ravenpaw. 4, 5, 6 = Sunpaw. Dice rolling....

Ravenpaw didn't know a thing about the other he was fighting. He didn't know how this would end up, or how this tom would react to the whole thing but as soon as the fight started Ravenpaw took his turn, trying the same thing he did to Crowpaw.
Ravenpaw used Jumping Strike dealing 6(+3) damage, -7 SP.
Ravenpaw: 20/20 HP 73/80 SP (-7)

Sunpaw was still filled with energy after his spar with Willowpaw, especially after the brief rest between rounds. Willowpaw had seemed kind of sad after their spar, he’d hoped he hadn’t upset her. But he tried not to think too hard about that, and instead focused on his current opponent. He hadn’t spoken to Ravenpaw very much before, but he gave the other tom a friendly smile before the round began.
It wasn’t very long before Perchstar called for the round to begin, and Sunpaw was immediately met with another body crashing into him. Sunpaw twisted away as quick as he could and spun to leap onto Ravenpaw, trying to pin him down.
Sunpaw used Leap and Hold, dealing -6 damage and costing -15 SP! Ravenpaw is pinned for one round!
Ravenpaw [STUNNED 0/1] 14/20 HP (-6) 54/60 SP
Sunpaw 11/20 HP 45/60 SP

Ravenpaw didn't like being pinned down, and began to squirm a little, before realizing that there was a chance he could duck down and roll out of the way.. That is if Sunpaw's grip wasn't tight enough. He calmed himself enough to attempt the maneuver hoping the tom's grip would break. As he moved he felt the tom's grip give way, throwing the other off of him.
Ravenpaw used Duck and Twist dealing 7 damage, -5 SP. Successfully broke free!
Ravenpaw: 14/20 HP 49/60 SP (-5)
Sunpaw: 4/20 HP (-7) 45/60 SP

Ravenpaw successfully threw Sunpaw off, and Sunpaw stumbled away. He could feel himself waning, and knew he was at risk of losing. Stubborn until the end, Sunpaw decided to try the same maneuver Willowpaw tried. It hadn’t won her the round, but it was still a successful move, and so it was worth the shot, right?
Diving in for the attack, Sunpaw attempted to wriggle underneath Ravenpaw and attack him from below. Unfortunately, he hasn't practiced the move very much with Brookstone yet, and his inexperience caused him to not only fail to get anywhere near Ravenpaw's underbelly, he ends up getting himself hurt trying. Completely winded after the attempt, Sunpaw falls backwards onto his haunches, breathing hard.
Well, that's an embarrassing way to lose.
Shaking it off, Sunpaw gave a weak laugh and a wry half smile. "Well, I know when I'm beat," He says with another laugh. "Good job."
Sunpaw attempted belly rake, and failed! It dealt him -5 damage and cost -25 SP. Sunpaw is K.O.'d!

Perchstar watched with a neutral gaze as the fight went on. It wasn't quite as short as Dovepaw and Bubblepaw's had been, but it was nowhere near as long as some of the other spars. Sunpaw ended up using the last of his energy on a failed move, collapsing in exhaustion when his paws didn't hit their mark. The leader resisted the urge to allow her face to twist into a frown, but some vague irritation itched at the back of her mind. This tom had beaten Willowpaw? A cat far more skilled than him? Their first battle had been close, but this one had been nowhere near the same level of fighting. Had Sunpaw simply won because he struck first, then? How... unsatisfying. Her many moons of masking served her well. Perchstar looked completely stoic as usual when she spoke. "You both fought well. Ravenpaw, you should prepare for your next fight."
