TOURNAMENT BATTLE #3: Crowpaw vs Ravenpaw

Another battle would now begin. This one between two more siblings, both dark-pelted, both not originally from RiverClan. Crowpaw and Ravenpaw. Would they be all right to fight each other? Well, there was only one way to find out. Perchstar ignored the slightly warmer rays of the sun and ushered them to a shadier part of the territory, where they would spar. She gave them the same warning she'd given the others. "Remember that I will be supervising you, so there should be no bloodshed or serious injury." She did not believe that any of them would, of course, but it was a warning of safety. "Ready--set--begin."

The dice determine who goes first. 1, 2, 3= Crowpaw. 4, 5, 6= Ravenpaw. Dice rolling....

Ravenpaw didn't expect to battle Crowpaw first. He thought he would have gotten one of his other siblings considering most of them crowded the apprentice's den. But! Crowpaw would do just fine. The dark apprentice gave his brother a cocky smirk, before starting their spar, with a simple jumping strike. Of course with no claws.

Ravenpaw used Jumping Strike dealing 6(+3) damage, -7 SP.

"Five good rocks for the winner Raven, don't forget my bet!" Crowpaw exclaimed as Ravenpaw prepared to face off against him. He had expected to be pitted against his siblings, but being put head to head with Ravenpaw was exciting. They were fairly alike when it came to the most important thing of all. A good bet, and good rocks. It was a shame they wouldn't both get to the more high stakes rounds.

As they began, his brother immediately bowled him over, knocking Crowpaw to the grass beneath them. Taking advantage of his prone position, he rolled to his back and began to pummel his brother's stomach with his back paws before scrambling back. Out of reach, the tom watched his brother carefully, attempting to predict his next move.

Crowpaw used Belly Rake, dealing 10 damage and using 25 stamina!

"There is no way you are getting my rocks!" He retorted. "If anything your rocks will be mine!" He was quick to jump away from his brothers blows before jumping right back in to pin his brother down, this time where it would be harder to counter.

Tumbling to the ground, Ravenpaw's paws were firmly planted on Crowpaw's shoulders. They were fairly equal in size, but despite this, the tom just couldn't wriggle his way out of the grip. With a groan of annoyance, the tom continued to wriggle, doing his best to escape. He wouldn't give up yet!

Ravenpaw smirked the second he realized he had his brother right where he wanted him. This was over. Crowpaw's rocks would be he his. He lifted a single paw and brought it down. Bap. A single blow right to the top of his brothers head.

With a frown as his brother's paw bomped on his head, Crowpaw dryly uttered, "Oh no, the pain, the agony, up to Starclan." Then he went limp under his brother, at least until the weight was removed. "The rocks," the apprentice lifted his head to look at his brother, "will be in your nest when you get back." Never would he break a promise, the rocks were well deserved.

Perchstar watched the spar carefully. The two brothers shared some banter during the fight, and it was over rather quickly. Despite Crowpaw's tactical move, Ravenpaw's advantage of going first made him the clear winner. "Good job, both of you," she told them, stepping forward. "Ravenpaw, you should get ready for your next fight."
