Klaus was both surprised and... not surprised that she decided to take throat punches so she could keep her hold. Well... alright then. Once she let go she was in for a very bad time. He had quite a bit of energy left for this fight, but he could tell that, however slight, her movements were slowing. She wasn't tired yet but she was getting there, and he was going to take complete advantage of that fact. He thrust his paw at her throat again, a bit harder this time, to make her let go of him.

Swiftheart got pretty nervous as she was almost immediately pinned to the ground.  She glanced around to see how her clan was doing... Her heart sank at the scene, she could make out that Ember was in alot of trouble and everything else was a blur of action too much to try and take in... She took a deep breath trying to focus on just her battle she was outmatched for this so keeping focus and trying to trick her opponent would be essential.

She quickly rolled to her paws and attempted to throw the larger she cat off of her to break free of the pin she was in.

Hyacinth nodded gratefully to Tarot, watching as her opponent was downed with her final blow. Though he seemed to be unconscious, she pinned his shoulder down with unsheathed claws, and ripped into his ear for good measure, tearing off a decent chunk of it and spitting it onto the ground next to him. ”That’s for my son.” She spat, turning her focus to the scene around her. Tarot had been attacked, and seemed to be pinned just like she had been moments ago. Leaping to his aid, she slashed at the ShadowClan tom’s legs, attempting the same debilitating move her mate had earlier in the day. Hissing, she lashes out at him once again for good measure.

Claws tore open his sides and Ratrunner staggered back. She’s too fast! He made an aborted movement, as if to strike again, but at the step he felt his world tilt. Breathing heavily, Ratrunner stopped to recover, but it was then that he realized he wouldn’t.

Beneath him lay a pool of blood, sinking into snow and slush. And it’s mine. His sides dripped. Around him, Ratrunner could hear the sounds of furious fighting, but it felt far away, almost echoing. The small tom looked up, and caught the rogue’s eyes. They were hard: blue-green. Nothing like the burning, amber-orange of her brother — more manic with joy or exhilaration than flinty and cold.

I can’t fight anymore. Hadn’t Ratrunner been angry at Nightstalker for this — for thinking of staying beyond what was possible? Maybe… he could still help— But not here.

And with that Ratrunner turned away from the fighting — any direction, he could hardly tell — and sprinted away, as fast as his shaky limbs would carry him.

Ratrunner is KO’D, and can no longer fight.

Murkystar released the tom as his paw found her throat again, growling as she lashing out at him with unsheathed claws, aiming for his eyes the same way he had aimed for hers.

Well, that was a quick reaction, at least he had correctly taken into account possible wildcards like this warrior was. His ears twitched and swivelled to the sound of approaching paw steps, and he turned to get a visual, but it was too late. A weight crashed into him, slamming him into the muddy slush below the churning fight. The ex-loner peered up at the warrior, quirking a brow and ignoring the aching of claws and his now-sore shoulder."Fancy meeting you here fellow murderer. Tell me, did you Shadowclanners think you could just kill outsiders on whims without consequences? Well, look around you now, this is the result of your conceited little brains... I hope you learn something from it." He narrowed his violet hues, leaning closer. "You could say, we outsiders have had enough of you seeing us as nothing more than pests to be exterminated."

With his message given, He twisted in the warrior's grip, it was hard to keep any of them down. Rogues, loners, they lived in constant states of survival, often alone. One could say it gave them a nice little bit of trickery to escape a clan cat's arrogant grasp.

He bucked, trying to make it even harder to pin him, then glanced over as Hyacinth defeated her opponent and immediately turned on the warrior grinding him into the slush. Sadly his attempts weren't enough to immediately break out of the seasoned warrior's claws, he'd need to keep loosening the grip and just hope it didn't damage him anymore. So instead, he decided to just try and injure the tom on top of him while he was pinned. He could already feel the pin loosening the more he struggled, giving him only more room to thrash like a mad cat trying to escape a dog. Pride be dammed in fights for survival, letting yourself stay pinned to keep up image was a fool's plight. 

With a hiss, he twisted again, lashing his claws shallowly across the other tom's muzzle. There were a lot of nerves in and around the nose, hopefully, the shock from the attack would be the final straw to loosen the hold.

It seemed he'd needed to train up his skills though, or perhaps he was just tired from the battle they fought right before attempting an invasion on the Shadowclan camp.

Whatever it may be, he refused to be pinned for long.

Aoife charged alongside her family, the gruesome pelt of Burningwing just within her vision. It sent a shudder down her spine, and she couldn't help but imagine if that was one of her own cats, nothing more than an animal skin. But this clan were barely cats. They had murded Apollo, lacking any real motivation.

A flurry of force came barrelling into her side, a dark tabby warrior with his claws ready. Aoife wasn't quick enough to swerve out of the way and was knocked to the gound. However, she quickly twisted around and got back up once again, slashing at the tom's belly. He was clearly older and more experienced than her, but she had fought Bloodstar. Even if she was alone now, how much different could it be?

Rare for her during a fight, she taunted the warrior that had attacked her. But this was personal. "Your friends killed my brother, and because of that we will take everything you have. You territory, your lives. We're not picky, as you can see." She managed to keep her voice from breaking, albeit with difficulty. Now she just had to prove was wasn't all talk.

Klaus back-pedaled the instant she let go. Claws went for his face, but a last minute duck and she merely scratched the top of his head. Now was the time to go ham. He jumped back swiftly once before immediately jumping forward again, pinning Murkystar to the ground.

"Killed your brother?" Webshadow spat back, recoiling as desperate claws raked through the sensitive skin of his stomach. A booming voice had roared something about a cat named Apollo just heartbeats before– had one of his Clanmates been mouse-brained enough to kill a rogue? To leave his body for the family to find?

The tabby's lip curled back in a low snarl, fixing the she-cat in a hard glare. "You will not take anything. ShadowClan will drive you to the same grave as your brother before we let you desecrate our home." His retort was punctuated by a well-aimed blow to Aoife's head, claws raking over her muzzle and dragging fresh blood with them.
