Dawn or Dusk (closed, border skirmish/claim)

With the apprentice on the ground, that signaled the end of the fight and a victory for Skyclan. His eyes then flicked to Burningwing as the tom started to stir. The hulking tom stomped over to him and slammed a massive paw down onto his ribs, forcing a rush of wind from his lungs.

"So you thought it would be a good idea to try to kill one of my warriors in front of me?" He growled.

Only to have Burningwing angle his head toward his and literally spit in his face. Bloodstar flinched and blinked once... anger causing his fur to bristle.

"After you permanently disabled one of ours? I'd kill every one of your warriors for that you mindless rat!" Burningwing growled. He felt Bloodstar's claws bury themselves deeper, but he did his best not to grunt or flinch from the pain.

The Skyclan leader's ear flicked toward Ashstorm when she talked... and he considered the damage he'd done to Shira for a moment. It wouldn't look good to send her limping back as well as drag a dead body behind them... as tempting as it was. So instead, Bloodstar made a nasally rumble in the back of his throat.

Burningwing's eyes widened.

"Don't you dare! Don't you-" Bloodstar hacked and spit the thickest, stickiest loogie right back into Burningwing's face. He lifted his paw off of the Shadowclan warrior and gave him a swift kick in the rear to get him moving.

Burningwing swiped furiously away at his face, which only served to smear the disgusting Skyclanner's snot-spit deeper into the blood caked in his matted fur. He could barely hold himself back from gagging.

"If we fight again, I'll remember you. I might just send you to Shadowclan inside-out next time." Bloodstar growled. There was no need to do anymore damage. He swiped a forelimb over his own face, easily clearing the mostly saliva that Burningwing had spat on him. Vile mouse-brain...

"Cicadapaw, Emberleap.... get up, we're leaving." He didn't bother to try to wake Shira. She could die on the border for all he cared. He'd only tried to kill Dawnfeather as a warning to Skyclan to not maim any true members of Shadowclan, as it very easily could have been someone worth a rat-dung that Bloodstar maimed. They got lucky this time.

Bloodstar himself cocked his head slightly to the side when Burningwing began walking off without the she-cat, but said nothing. It wasn't his problem. He turned to collect Cricketpaw onto his back. Time for Skyclan to go home.
