November's Gathering 2016

Dreamleaf leaped up in complete horror. She ran forward.
"Enough!!! We cannot fight! You must respect Starclan's wishes and remain at peace! Even if you do not want it, you cannot do that here!" Dreamleaf snapped, anger writhing in her heart. How dare they disrespect the code at this moment!

Wildfang, Lakepaw, and Pantherpaw watched in complete dismay.

Fracturedpaw glanced at Fallowpaw out of the corner of his eye, seeing her shock in the sudden event. He flinched as Sleetpaw barreled into the WindClan warrior, with an utterly surprised expression. He didn't know if he should step up and tell them to stop, but he figured it would be better for a warrior to handle it, so he kept quite, and allowed his fur to bristle.

Thistlepaw watched in dismay as his fellow clan mate was attacked. He didn't know Lionfur too well, or about much of what he had done, but he did something bad according to Fishstar.

Lionfur was caught by surprise as a fishy-smelling apprentice leaped on top of him. He wanted to flip the tom around and bite into his neck, but he suppressed the urge. Later, Lionstar. Play it cool. He grabbed the young tom by the scruff- he couldn't be much older than Shellpaw. "W-what are you talking about?" he yelped painfully. "You shouldn't f-fight at G-Gatherings!"

Emberpaw leapt to her paws, eyes sparking with excitement as Sleetpaw stood from next to her, the streaks of amber and yellow appearing in her pale brown eyes as they always did when her fur stood on end. She took a step towards the scene, but froze where she was, not sure if she could do anything. Her heart was beating quicker now; her dry tongue swept over her muzzle.
I was right.
But now, the russet apprentice wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not.

Tigerpaw snapped his head over to the drama. Instinctively, he jerked around to check if Antdrop was there. He relaxed at the sight of the black tom, and he slunk to his paws in one easy move, something he'd practiced by pouncing on leafs when he was a kit, not even a moon ago.
The striped tom shouldered through the crowd until he was at the front of the circle that had closed around a ginger tom and an apprentice.

Growling, Blacktwig stalked forwards. He was in the right mind to shout at Sleetpaw, but instead, his tone was quieter as he stood challengingly beside Dreamleaf. "She's right," he agreed, "I think the warrior code said not to fight during a gathering... now, didn't it?" Blacktwig could almost feel his voice raising with anger. The speckled black tom seemed much larger than before, back arched and ready to defend Emberfall, protect his clan, and save his kits. He shot a glance towards Emberfall, who was standing next to Mothpaw. His eyes twinkled before looking back to Sleetpaw and Lionfur with a frown. They were a writhing mess on the ground... no more than a pathetic, unneeded skirmish. He sat down, fur laying unusually flat. Only his gaze was disappointed. Why had the young apprentice lunged so abruptly at Lionfur? A clear act of aggression, that's what. He watched them with no other words. The pained yowl from Lionfur made it even more convincing. The contradicting murderer was playing it dumb now, batting at the apprentice with his paws in a ruse. To make him look... weak. Innocent. Blacktwig didn't buy any of it. Lionfur eventually bit back, but this wasn't the time to be fighting. Another wave of crossness bowled over his stomach with a sharp blow, yet he overcame it. No. This wasn't right.

When apprentices joined in, he shuddered, and once again gave a warning. "Stay out of this," he hissed, but it was too quiet. They circled in on the two cats like a flock of ravenous birds to a carcass.

Willowpaw stared at what had happened. Should I leave? She thought. It was starclan that kept her there, she just knew it. She hoped and prayed to Starclan that nothing bad would heppen, more than there already has. She watched as all of the cats involved swung their paws at each other and pounced around. Is someone gonna stop this? Should I try and stop them? She knew that her small size wouldnt stand a chance against any warrior. She got up and walked a little closer to the fight scene. STOP IT! We dont need anybody else to get hurt! Willowpaw yowled. She had good intentions, and she hoped that her iinput would do something in this situation.

Fernpaw watched in silence as the tiny apprentice stepped into the fight. He wished he hadnt camein the first place as he did not like seeing others fight. Why would such a tiny little cat think that she could actually do something? His bad attitude stepped in, as it did once in a while. He had fought with his denmates as a kit before, but he had never seen anything like this before. He thought he liked drama but this gathering would change his life forever.

"Willowpaw, don't." Blacktwig mewed, tone stern. This place was a whole riot now, and the tomcat knew this wasn't exactly what StarClan ordered. He winced as the apprentices started jumping down from their perches on either side. He looked at Blizzardshine almost immediately. ThunderClan couldn't get involved, but it couldn't stand by, either. Exasperation made itself evident in Blacktwig's eyes.

Watching as the two cats started to fight in front of him, Smokepelt let out a anger hiss. That RiverClan apprentice, how mousebrained! By attacking Lionfur, he only made his clan look like a fool, although they already were. Ignoring the ThunderClan she-cat's angry comment and any other cats who tried to intervene, Smokepelt stood up, his head and tail held high. As much as he wanted to teach those fish eating scums a lesson, this was no time or place for it, he'd save his true anger for later.

Walking towards the fighting cats, he grabbed onto Lionfur's tail and yanked down hard, pulling the two apart. "Apparently neither of you understand honor!" he meowed furiously, not caring who was watching. "You both look like complete fools, and I don't care who's fault it is!" Giving a stern glare to both cats, Smokepelt bared his teeth. they better not try anything funny or he'd make sure they went home with a nice sized scar to remember. "This is no place to fight, especially not now. If you want to battle, do it tomorrow during a patrol, am I understood?"

Mothpaw gaze grew dreamy as she looked at her mother. "Beautiful.." She meowed before being ripped out of her daze by fighting. She looked at her mother and father with a look of horror.

Blazepaw hissed as cats started to fight and drew himself closer to Grasspaw, trying to protect her.

Littlepaw shrunk back as they fought. Oh how he wished he could be with his best friend Driftpaw.

OOC: Teeth Grip uses dice. :P Just for future reference.

IC: They were surrounded by cats, so many voices raising up in a deafening clamor warning them to stop, but all the words blended together in his head. Honor, the code, StarClan's wrath, peace. He was sure Fishstar and his mentor could lecture him about that later.

A strained yowl left his throat as the warrior sunk his teeth into his scruff, Sleetpaw raking his hind paws into the dirt as he fought to twist out of his grip to no avail. "Don't you give me that...!" he shouted, slamming a weak blow against his shoulder. "Fox-dung! I'll rip your throat out!"

Sleetpaw used 'Front Paw Blow' on Lionfur.

and then smokepelt dragged them apart i didn't read that right away ignore this edit. Sleetpaw growled and stuff or something >_> <_<

Blacktwig gave an odd-looking smile towards Mothpaw. "Yeah... I will see you when I fight isn't going on, I promise," he said. His tone was somewhat aggressive, directed not towards Emberfall, but towards the cats in the center of the clearing and their fighting.

Dreamleaf looked at the sky, noticing the clouds. Who cared anymore, she stood for peace among the clans and she had to end this. Dreamleaf shouted as loud as she could.
"If you are true warriors, you wouldn't be fighting during a time of truce. If you dare to fight at this time, than you are no better than rouges," Dreamleaf spat, desperation filling her eyes. It needed to stop before Starclan became angry.

Wildfang moved forward and watched with complete horror.

"Enough!" Tawnystorm yelled above the commotion. "The Gathering is a truce, for StarClan's sake! I'm just as mad at WindClan as you are, but save the fighting for another time! Sleetpaw, get back here, now!"
