Aspenstripe watched as Sandstrike laughed and got to her paws. He turned his head as her claws battered his fiery orange pelt. When she was finished he looked at her, his green eyes cold, "Mmm, that's where you're wrong sweetheart." He hissed before whipping around and racing into the bushes like he was running away. He turned around once he was out of sight and raced back towards the she-cat, barreling into her at full speed and knocking her to the ground. He looked up as Morningstar disappeared and he laughed. "Looks like ya'll aren't as strong as ya'll thought ya'll were." He spat at her. He watched as some Dark Forest cat claimed to be the actual leader of the Dark Forest, but that didn't worry him. Three cats were already dealing with her and he knew she wouldn't last very long.

Meadowpaw collapsed to the ground when the Dark Forest apprentice landed a harsh blow to her head. The forest was spinning around her and she felt nauseous. She attempted to get to her paws, but fell back down as the ground spun beneath her. Her vision blurred and she attempted to blink it away, but it was useless. She just lay on the ground, proud of her small contribution to the fight.

Willowbreeze watched as Morningstar disappeared and smiled. She looked at Muddyfang as she smiled happily and nuzzled him, forgetting for a moment that they were around others. "We did." She purred happily. Even though she was a bit angry with him, her love for him was still there and always would be. She glanced to where the Dark Forest she-cat told them her true status, her hackles raised angrily and she nodded in response to her sister, but a smirk soon formed when three cats attacked Smokefang. This would be over soon.

Muddyfang honestly didn't mind having other cats around them, he just loved Willowbreeze they way they were, happy. He watched from his spot as three cats surrounded a Dark Forest cat, almost the last one standing. He growled, hoping for the best.

Hickorypaw padded over to his father after giving Willowpaw a gentle lick on the ear. "That was intense!!" The tortoiseshell tom meowed his green eyes wide.

Cloverpool sniffed Scorchfrost's leg. "Ahh.. My poor great grandson." She meowed and gently licked at his scratches. They had never been close but he was family and she would make sure he was alright. "We're going to need Gold and Pepper to help us heal our wounds.. What do you think Scorchfrost?" She meowed to the tom then continued cleaning his wounds, the ones that weren't deep.

"You cannot defeat three warriors at once!" Otterlight hissed. There was still a dizzying pain flooding her body, but she tried to ignore it as she began shaking the ghost cat's scruff with as violently as she could.

OTTERLIGHT used SCRUFF SHAKE on SMOKEFANG, dealing 16 HP and costing 25 SP. SMOKEFANG is stunned for ONE turn.

The starry apprentice did nothing as he was shaken to and fro. There was nothing he could do in the first place. The world was spinning around him and it felt like his brains were being tossed  around inside of his skull as he was shaken by Whitefur.

Turtlepelt shook her head at Smokefang. "I wonder why they chose you to lead? You're weaker than Morningstar," she taunted, slamming her paws onto the gray she-cat's head. "Were you even in a Clan? Or were you just a kittypet?"

Ashwing closed her eyes in remorse. "Do the oaths you took as a warrior mean nothing to you? The lives of your mate and kits? You Clan? Your Clan is your family, Breezeheart." She looked squarely into the she-cat's face. "I know they're all I have," she murmured almost to herself.

Nettletail gasped in shock as the cat bit her throat. She felt her life gushing out along with her scarlet blood as the force of what had happened hit her mind like a monster on the Thunderpath. She was dying. She would never see Flashstorm or her kits again. Flashstorm would forget all about her, most likely, and be Saltpelt's mate. Her kits in the tree hollow might die without their mother. Someone else would be deputy. She looked at the starless sky. She was going to the Dark Forest. No remorse filled her heart, only a wish that she could have lived longer for her mate and... Her mate, Sedgeclaw.. He was waiting for her. "Sedgeclaw..." Nettletail rasped, an unearthly smile crossing her twisted face before her last shaky breath left her bloody body.

Lionsong growled, feeling the long claws of Darkstar swipe through her neck fur. Shaking her neck out, the RiverClan she-cat barred her teeth, a deep growl thundering in her chest. Blue eyes blazing, she leaned down to grip the she-cat's neck between her jaws. She squeezed and squeezed and soon blood swarmed into her mouth, coating it in the posion of her insanity. With a head thrash, Darkstar's neck was ripped open, leaving a gash in the leader's neck. With a laugh Darkstar's fur fell out of her mouth and next to the leader.

Smokefang laughed at the efforts these three warriors put up, and how they called her weak. "I wasn't chosen. I started this effort, and asserted my power." The smokey warrior backed off the warriors backing down just a tad to make the warriors think they were winning. "And I was more of a warrior than you ever were." She could tell she was slightly weak but she wasn't going to go down that easily. Still keeping her attention on Otterlight she rose up and slammed her paws down on the cats head.

Otterlight blinked, trying to chase the pain away, but it wouldn't leave. She coughed, shaking her head.
"You're efforts failed." She said, her voice tainted with hatred. She lifted a paw with unsheathed claws, then sliced it across Smokefang's face.

Smokefang felt the last hit come, though no fear struck her. The dark forest warrior collapsed for a moment, nothing coming from her. Relief spread through the other warriors but it didn't last for long. Soon enough the dark forest warrior rose again. "I don't see failure here. All I see is a cat stronger than all of you." She laughed, she lashed out once again dealing damage to the cat that struck her down. "Did you think I would go down so easily? That I was leader of the dark forest without a few tricks up my sleeve?"

Smokefang used Front Paw Blow on Otterlight dealing 38 damage, -5 Sp

Ferretshine saw the chance and leaped for it. As she slammed into the huge cat, she saw no chance of winning, but she had to try. For her kits and her parents, she had to try. "You and your followers have taken too much from my clan! Don't think I'll let that go unpunished!" She looked dangerous, insane, even. Her chest heaved with adrenaline and anger. She was done with pacifism, at least in the moment.

Scorchfrost had no energy to speak. He shut his eyes and listened to the roar of battle in his ears, waiting for the pain to cease. He had given all he had. If he was to die, he was not afraid, but it was very possible. If he even made it through, he would never walk straight again. He would always limp and hobble. He laughed to himself. He was talking like he'd be saved. He had never felt worse pain than what coursed through his bones, certainly he would not be strong enough. As Cloverpool tried to soothe him, he felt grateful for what he had in ThunderClan and beyond. He knew those who left were watching him from the stars, and his mate wasn't far away... His body twitched as he blacked out, not from the damage or pain his opponent caused, but from mental exhaustion. He just wanted to rest, and that's what he did.

OOC: Wait for me!

IC: Night growled as the true dark forest leader. They took so much from him. His brother, almost his grandfather... all because of her! "Don't you realize you are outnumbered, 10 to 1? Or are you to selfish and arrogant to realize it?" he yowled.

Blackpaw kept his senses alert, as the ebony night sky spilled down in stunning patterns, treetops ignited by moonlight. He was weakened greatly, yet a burning fury flared inside of him. Smokefang had been granted the advantage of all StarClan leaders - the asset of nine lives, nine more chances to live. A growl escaped from Blackpaw's throat, shuddering with anger. She doesn't deserve nine lives! He thought, eyes speaking more words that his mind could.

Turtlepelt hissed at the burly she-cat. "You are still no match for StarClan!" She reared up on hind legs and slashed at the she-cat with bloody claws.
