Owlkit sulked in the corner. Leopardstar has delayed his ceremony, he growled, unsheathing his claws whenever he spotted her. He was exceptionally good at hunting, even as a kit. He managed to hunt more than the apprentices could, and he also seemed to be taller and stronger than the other cats. He scowled, pushing a twig into a brook, watching it get sucked into the water. He returned to his formal attitude, making his way to his new accomplice, greeting him, "Hello, Bluekit," he meowed, friendly.
Owlkit felt as if this was the only cat he wanted to talk to, shuffling his tail across the dirt before raising it, looking at Bluekit from head to toe, nodding before turning back. "Last hunt was a fail, but I’m sure we can hunt something this time?" he asked, his tail pointing towards the forest, far from the clans, out of most cats' eyes. He started padding silently towards the forest, looking back to see if Bluekit was following. He scented a lizard that would work. He dropped into a low crouch; it seemed to be better, more apprentice-like. Leopardstar couldn’t keep denying his apprentice ceremony, right? He was getting better.
"Follow on," he mumbled, less formal than he originally was. He was a totally different cat away from the clans—an evil cat destined to smell and feel the blood of other cats on his paws, to ultimately kill them. Even if he was breaking the code, he proved he didn’t care. He never would care. He pounced, twisting his body sideways, then gracefully landing, ruffling his fluffy brown pelt. He failed to catch it turning around angered by the fail.
