Shadowclan and Windclan were supposed to be allied, which meant they would be spending more time together right? It would be a good idea to try getting to know some of them, do some bonding activities, or something like that. Today was a spar, tomorrow was a spar, and perhaps the day after that would be another, it was a good way to nurture the relationship between the two clans... Well, if she was being honest with herself, Silverwing just wanted to beat something up without feeling bad about it afterward. She couldn't bear to take out her frustrations on her own clanmates, and Shadowclan was right there anyway, it seemed like an opportunity too perfect to pass up. She had gone straight to their deputy, a cat tall enough to rival Nightstar, though very kind and not at all a beast like he was. She had offered another warrior for her to spar with, which was fine by Silverwing. Even with their meeting as brief as it was, Silverwing knew she would regret sparring with Leopardsun. She was too nice to want to hit, if not a bit awkward.

Silverwing looked everywhere but at the Shadowclan tom, wondering only for a moment if they should have left the camp first. It didn't really matter to her if the clans saw the spar, it's not like the outcome mattered. "Echooooomist, that's what she called you, right?" That was a fun name, wasn't it? "Thank you for taking the time to spar with me, even if your deputy did tell you to." Silverwing bowed her head respectfully to the Shadowclanner. As much as she wanted to beat the fur off of him, she could still be nice while doing it. "So, do you care who starts it off?"

Echomist didn't really know how to feel about sparring with a Windclanner. For the past while he did his best to remain distant from their.. supposed allies, but even then there were situations he couldn't avoid. It seemed Leopardsun offered to have him spar with one of their warriors.. Normally he would have refused but since his mate wanted him to do it.. then how could he deny her? So for now he would suck it up and get on with the training. After all he was rusty himself.

Instantly there was too much talking. The drawing out of his name cause one of his ears to twitch, but other than that he tried to not let his irritation show. "Yes that is my name." He responded plainly. "Might I know yours before we get this started?" He asked, readying himself for this fight, deferring the start to her silently.

"Silverwing," She responded, simply. "I look forward to our clans becoming closer, and all that stuff." Boring, she just wanted to get to the fighting already. Turning to finally face the tom, Silverwing noticed his stance. She would be the one to start then, fine by her, though she would have preferred for him to say something to her instead of leaving it up to interpretation.

Without giving him too much of a warning, Silverwing pounced at the Shadowclan warrior and dug her fangs into his shoulder. She bit a way harder than she would have with a cat of her own clan, but still not enough to actually make the tom bleed. She wanted to hurt something, but not at the cost of putting her clan in a disadvantageous position with Shadowclan Silverwing had already narrowly avoided the consequences of something like that once, and she was sure that there wouldn't be any second chances.

Echomist nodded, not wanting to provide any further comment on the situation. It wasn't needed. They were here to spar after all, in which it didn't take long for her to start the fight. The second she landed the first strike, yellow green eyes narrowed, noticing that she was being a little more aggressive than what was normal for standard spars. Maybe it was a mistake.. an accidental thing, but if the trend continued he would not keep showing her kindness. He was quick to lash out with his paw, rounding on the Windclan warrior.

Not a word from this tom, he must be really well liked in his clan, the warrior that refuses to speak. Before their spar was over, Silverwing would make him say something, whether that was to tell her off or something else she didn't really care. As the other warrior's blow landed, Silverwing struck out with a paw of her own, aiming for the tom's face. They hated that didn't they? That would earn a reaction surely. Another paw lashed out at the tom faster than the first, striking twice in the same spot as before. Stars this was fun, maybe his clan kept him around as a sparring mate? He sure did know how to take a hit, that much was clear.

Echomist shook his head after her blows, green eyes narrowing slightly. He didn't appreciate the fact that she aimed for his face, but if you are known as the clan who runs away then it wasn't too surprising if they had to do something dirty to make up for their lack of strength. Well if she wanted to play it that way then he would do so as well. Taking his chance the tom was quick to bat one of his paws into a softer part of the warrior's body, hoping to stun the she-cat for a moment. He wanted an easy opening, so he made one.

Echomist used Experienced Steps dealing 8 damage, -10 SP. Silverwing is stunned for one turn!
