1) I think it depends on intent. If you PM me, I can give you a more detailed answer! The only situation that comes to mind where you wouldn't need it approved is if the cat died of battle wounds and the accidental murderer didn't use excessive force.

2) Under our current system, a tier 5 cat who becomes an elder or is exiled will keep the slot. This may be subject to change if we implement a new elder slot system, so stay tuned! Either way, a change with your character's rank won't affect a slot that is already in use.

how do I change my name's color? it is currently yellow and I really want it to be blue

Your name color is based on the clan of your first character. Since Wolfkit is from ThunderClan, you have a yellow name. The only exception is that players who hold a high rank (medicine cat, leader, deputy) take on the color of the clan they are a high rank in. That's why my name is grey, otherwise, it would be yellow.

how do I know if my cat was invited to the gathering? Do I get to choose or...?

All cats, apprentice and older, are allowed to attend the Gathering unless they've been specifically "grounded" by their leader. However, you have to wait for your clan's leader to post before posting with your character (so, for Wolfpaw, she's not allowed to show up until Oakstar does).

2) if answer to above is no, can I yeet mom into the gathering? If above is yes, can I stil yeet ultimate mom into gathering after staff approval?
