May's Gathering 2018

Lilypaw was just giving up at seeking someone to talk to when a Thunderclan apprentice began to walk towards her, and introduced himself to her. Lilypaw figured she should say her name to him " hi! I am Lilypaw of wind clan nice to meet you!" lilypaw felt as relaxed when she talked to the Thunderclan cat, at least she could befriend him judging by the fact that she would probably never have to battle him. Thunderclan and Windclan were allies from each other after all. she was curious about the livestyle of the thunderclanner so her curiosity took over and she asked "how is it like to live under tree's and what kind of prey do you find there?". She focused her one eye fully on the Thunderclan cat and waited curious for an answer.

"Its great!" Echopaw replied. "We have mice, squeals, voles, birds, shrews, and sometimes these rely fat rabbits!" As Echopaw talked about prey, he started to feel hungry. I'll eat tomorrow! This is more important!

Larksong's ears were flat on her head as she stepped into the clearing among the swarm of cats. Her shoulders were hunched, her tail almost dragging across the ground as for perhaps the first time ever at a gathering, she sat alone. It was almost haunting how she expected to feel the fur of Smokestripe brush past her, to hear his voice as they made small-talk while waiting for the Gathering to start but now there was only silence in that wake. Her gaze flickered around, staring at the faces of the cats who lives hadn't changed like hers had in the last moon. She swallowed bitterly as she gave her pelt a shake, shrinking in on herself as she let the sounds of chatter surround her as she wallowed in her own misery.

Rowanpaw walked into the Gathering, his eyes wide with amazement. He had never went to a Gathering before, so this was his time. There are so many cats here! There were many many cats in the RiverClan camp, but never this many cats all in one place. He looked around for other Clan cats, interested because he had not seen another cat from a different Clan before. There were so many other cats around him, but he felt slightly awkward and proceeded to sit down at the edge of the tree and look at the scenery around him.

Lakewhisper padded into the gathering behind Jaystream solemnly. His grandmother had disappeared and they had no idea where she was or if she was okay. Though he was upset about it, he knew he had to stay strong for his mate and unborn kits. With a slight shake of his head, he dispelled the troubling thoughts and locked eyes with the ShadowClan tom he had become acquainted with. He broke off from his clanmates to come face to face with him. “Hey Ryeheart. How’s everything going with ShadowClan?” He greeted amicably.

Mobilee

With the go-ahead from the dark tabby tom, Blazeflight took a seat next to him. It took her by surprise that the ThunderClanner didn't question her leg, as most cats that weren't familiar with her story did. It was actually rather nice, not having an overabundance of queries about it thrown at her as soon as she sat down. She wouldn't mind talking about it if the tom wanted to, but she was growing tired of that being the first subject of near every conversation. She grimaced a bit when he mentioned prey. "I haven't been able to get out of camp much, if I'm honest." She had noticed the lift on having to carefully guard what every cat ate, as more and more prey started to show up around the territory. "This is actually my first gathering since... since I lost my leg." She hadn't successfully caught any prey yet, either, but that wasn't something she was going to readily admit.

Goosepaw bounded into the clearing with the rest of RiverClan, very excited to be there. It was her first Gathering and she was hoping to make some new friends here! She found herself circling aroung groups of cats, trying to find other apprentices she could talk to. This was going to be so much fun.


Blackpaw slunk in with the rest of ThunderClan, striking yellow eyes scanning the sea of cats. She didn't particularly want to be there but now that she was here, she might as well mingle. She sighed and sat herself down near Echopaw, maintaining an aloof expression.


As more and more cats entered the clearing, Elmpaw looked around and finally spotted Mothpaw. The apprentice must have followed him in but didn't approach him. He sighed and got to his paws, limping over to the white tom. "Uh, hey," he mewed, offering him a small smile. "Can I sit with you?"

all my other cats trotted into Fourtrees. All of them smiled and nodded politely to cross-clan acquaintances before finding places to sit. All of them except Stormstrike. Stormstrike is too busy glaring angrily at everything except his dad.

Lilypaw began to get hungry when Echopaw mentioned a really fat rabbit, hey with a bit of luck I can eat that tomorrow. then she noticed an all black she cat who sat down beside Echopaw. The she cat was probably from thunderclan to and did not seem like she was in for a talk butt that never stopped Lilypaw before. " hello! Who are you? I am Lilypaw of Windclan, are you two related? because you both have a black pelt!"

Violetfall padded into the Gathering after Leopardclaw, settling among some of her Clanmates. Immediately, her eyes began scanning the crowd for any sign of Spotfur. The scar over her eye was a painful reminder of what had once been a friendship, and nearly every day she wondered what she would say to him - or if she would say anything to him.

Poppycloud followed WindClan into the Gathering, her first time entering Fourtrees as a warrior.

Tansyheart came in with ShadowClan, finding a place among a few other warriors to sit.

Ravenflight entered the Gathering with RiverClan.

Mistypaw, eyes wide with wonder, followed SkyClan into the Gathering. Her head turned in all directions, trying to take in all the sights and sounds and scents of the other Clans. She bounded ahead, pausing near a group of other apprentices, unsure of whether or not to sit with them. Glancing over her shoulder, she could see her Clanmates mingling with others, so she went ahead and took a place near some unfamiliar-looking cats.

Spotfur's eyes found Violetfall and he immediately felt bad. What he had done... He had broken the code many a time, but still lived a good life. Why?

Minkspark padded into the gathering following her deputy. The brown she-cat didn't really want to be here but she had to, Leopardclaw told her to come. She couldn't turn down Thunderclan leadership. The large brown warrior settled down close to the rock where Thunderclan was. She didn't really want to be bothered.

Viperstorm followed Jaystream into the gathering the blue gray warrior stayed silent. Blue eyes followed her deputy but once he jumped up onto the rock, blue eyes went to the ground. She didn't really know how to deal with Ivystar's disappearance. She didn't want to deal with it but she had to be strong for Riverclan. Strong for Jaystream.

The dark tabby tilted his head thoughtfully. It made sense that the she-cat would be camp bound after such an injury, what ever had happened to cause it must have been great. Still, he chuckled softly at a thought.
"Well, the kits in camp must be happy about it. A warrior in camp they can constantly question?" He could see that easily happening to any camp bound warrior. The eager eyes of soon to be apprentices eager to hear about the world outside of the safety of the camp walls. To walk the marshlands or forest for the first time. He glanced at Highrock with a thoughtful expression at seeing two deputies up there, not just the one he knew.
"I understand why Leopardclaw is up there... but why is Jaystream?" He mused thoughtfully, his tail curled around his paws as he thought about the implications. Surely the Ivystar must just be ill.

The russet tabby chuckled lowly, nodding her head in response to his comment about the kits. "When I was in the Medicine Den, I couldn't go a day without having to tell a story. I almost felt like I was an elder already." She thought back to all the times she'd seen Thrushstripe telling kits stories while she was confined to the inner walls of camp, and how similar she felt before Nettlesting had told her she could go back to sleeping in the warriors den."I'm not sure, but it's definitely odd to see so many Deputies up there." She'd never seen so many leaders missing in all the gatherings she'd been too, and it was surely surprising to her. She gazed up at the Highrock, trying to read the expressions on the Deputies faces, hoping to pick out it something had happened.

Maplepaw bitted down and watched the two leaders and the three deputy's siting on the rock, she heard that the other three were just deputy's from Minowclaw. This was her first gathering and she was real thrilled seeing al those different cats but she was not interested in talking to them, of course if they started the conversation she would respond but she was not about to give them any usable information. She was a Shadowclan apprentice and she did not felt the urge to care for any cat outside Schadowclan so why talk to them?
