Dovepaw smiled triumphantly and got up from under Minnowpaw. However, a strike from behind knocked her to the ground, making everything turn black and fuzzy. Well, at least I'm not dead, were her final thoughts before she blacked out.

Vixenstep hissed in pain. She had lost her patience. Instead of using her small size to escape, she leapt up abruptly. Toadleap was knocked off of her back. She bared a mouthful of gleaming teeth and reared to her hind legs. She leapt onto his brown tabby back and pinned him down, slashing viciously at his shoulders. "Let's see how you like it!" she taunted.

Darting away further into the calamity, Splashwillow charged towards towards Jaystream and Blizzardstar. With a howl of effort, the calico lashed out sharply at the ThunderClan Leader in hopes of further weakening her.

As she stood over Blizzardstar, Ivystar looked down into the leader's eyes. It was like looking into a mirror, minus one small detail. Ivystar had grown up in battle, honed her claws in ThunderClan warriors that strayed too far from their territories. In her eyes, Ivystar carried a shard of vicious hatred, borne from a difficult kithood and a more complex warriorhood. It was a fuel that fired her, gave her the strength to fight when others would flee or cower. It was this that managed to bring her to finish off the leader once again.

"Each and every cat harmed here was due to your pride. My terms were simple, leave us alone and we will leave you alone. You kicked the hornet's nest, and now your clan suffers." After she'd spoken her part, she finished off the leader to move onto the next battle. Their terms could be spoken once they won.

"You savages!" Artemis cried as he felt the stench over fish over power his life. They had finished him.

Being saved by his mother and Splashwilow, the deputy shook his head and recovered his senses. This battle was not over. There was hope!

His green eyes searched for anyone that needed help and he fixed his sight on his former apprentice. Vixenstep was pinning down a Thunderclan warrior that couldn't escape from her. He ran to the young cat pinned under her paws and slashed his exposed belly with unsheathed claws, taking the opportunity that the she-cat gave him.

Jaystream used Belly Rake on Toadleap, dealing 15 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Specklefang! The large she-cat shot to her paws in an instant, stumbling as she did so. Water spilled from her drenched face, coughs racking her body as she searched for her daughter, because how could she not know her daughter's voice. Soon, she found her, lying on the ground with her throat drenched in blood. Specklefang's heart squeezed as she saw the scene, and the tom walking away like it was nothing- like killing her daughter was nothing to him. Charging over, the she-cat made it to her daughter's body, her eyes widening as the truth she wished to not know was confirmed.

"Thistlepaw?" She sputtered, "Love, come on." her ears tucked back. "C'mon, I don't like playing this game, you're a mature young lass, why are you even-" But she knew her words were futile. Specklefang pushed her nose into her cheek and pushed it, hovering protectively as she tried anything to get her daughter to respond. This couldn't be happening, she couldn't lose another one of her kits. Everything seemed to fall into place, and Specklefangs eyes turned to slits as she took in a sharp breath. Turning to see that same Riverclan warrior taking down cat after cat, "I'll kill you." The young she-cat's voice cracked as her eyes watered, her claws unsheathing as in her grief she struggled to walk forwards.

"I'll slaughter you, and leave your body for the predators as I stain these damned rocks with your blood! I rip you to shreds." She screeched, the massive she-cat now bent on revenge, every time she saw a Riverclan warrior, she'd slaughter them then and there if that's what it took. If it took until the tom was on his deathbed by her claws, or until she'd slaughtered every cat this tom ever cared about then so be it, this tom made a grievous mistake of killing her daughter when a warrior does not need to kill to survive.

Racing after Jaystream, Splashwillow finished off the ThunderClan tom with a swift strike.
