Duckpaw sank back into the water, and didn't flinch. She was a RiverClan cat, fighting in water was her advantage. She narrowed her green eyes before launching herself out of the water and slamming herself into Owlpaw with all the force she could muster.

The sudden agony in his stomach caused by the RiverClan warrior didn't even cause him to flinch. He was so used to battle, and after the initial nearly drowning experience was over, he felt the adrenaline once again course through his veins. Grinning, he found his way to his paws, not even pausing a moment before launching himself onto his opponents back. He landed square between he shoulders, and used his body weight to force her to the ground, pinning her down. Now she could barely defend herself from his next attack, and couldn't yet attack him. Hissing with a strange glee, his unsheathed claws raked at her spine, drawing blood. This was the kind of battle that he enjoyed.

Swooppaw let out a yowl of pain and fear when he was brutally scratched in the stomach. The pain was greater than anything had had experienced before. he almost couldn't bring himself to get up. Almost. Determination to help his clan suddenly filled him and he stood up, ready to attack. With a yowl he sprang onto the RiverClanner's back, landing messily but managing to remain on. Though he wasn't quite big enough to weigh her down, he managed to grip on with his back legs while his claws tore at her back. He expected to feel horrified at hurting another cat this way. But what he felt was even worse. He felt empowered, he felt glorious, he frankly felt great. He knew it was wrong to feel that way and wished he didn't, but nevertheless he did.

Swooppaw used Leap-and-hold on Sandpaw, dealing 6 damage and costing 10 stamina. Sandpaw is stunned for one turn.

Dustcloud was almost convinced that she had won, and was going to move on to her next opponent when Sweetheart jumped up again, cutting across her muzzle. Sure it stung, but it was nothing compared to what Dustcloud had done before. "You're flimsy little kit moves won't win you a fight, fish-breath!" She brought her sheathed paw across her face, knocking her to the ground.

Amberpelt took a step away from the dazed tom, a snort escaping her as she stared down at him. This was what ThunderClan had to offer - a tom who had gotten so dazed just from a simple scuff shake? She almost felt bad for them as she sank her claws into the ground. Pitfully, it truly was. She gave her head a shake as she reared onto her back paws, slashing at the tom with a hiss. When would ThunderClan learn that these rocks belonged rightfully to RiverClan and they should just let these fish lie.

Lionspark stumbled backwards as the she-cat struck back, shaking her head as blood swelled up from the fresh wounds. Her breath was shaky as she gave her head a shake, trying not to focus on the yowls around her. She didn't want to be here...Her gaze snapped around for a quick second, unable to tell if they were winning or losing. She sighed unevenily as she focused on Nutfur once more, grimmacing as she raised her paws to strike back as hard as she could - hoping to end this fight sooner or later.

Sweetheart huffed as she fell to the ground, too weak to continue fighting. She growled softly and glared up at Dustcloud. "Take a look at the leaders fighting. Blizzardstar won't last much longer against Ivystar's sheer determination to protect her territory. Your battle may be over, but the war's far from won for you." Panting from blood loss, Sweetheart lay her head on the blood-speckled rocks and closed her eyes.

Duckpaw's heart was still beating harshly against her chest and her breathing was rough and ragged due to exhaustion. She padded away from Owlpaw after defeating the she-cat and warily glanced around the battlefield. Duckpaw's eyes landed on the fight that Sweetheart was in, and she stared at her fellow RiverClan cat in the shock as the warrior passed out. She looked up at Dustcloud, seeing that that was the cat who had defeated Sweetheart. Duckpaw felt tired, and her entire body seemed to be burning despite the fact that her pelt was wet during Leafbare. She knew that she still had to fight while she was able to, and the only time that she could stop was when she had been defeated. With a yowl of rage, the she-cat raced at Dustcloud and barreled the she-cat over.

Owlpaw let out a low growl as she was taken down. She couldn't get up her head in a daze and blood oozing from wounds she received. She wanted to fight more get the peice of land for her clan and here she lay a failure at fighting another apprentice. At warrior age,she failed. Thought she gave a few wounds of her own she didn't know how much that would accomplish for her.


Honeyspark looked around in the fray of fight cats around her. She had moved in and now was looking for yet another cat to heal but most were still in the midst of a fight. She decided to grab her clanmates who had fallen and move them out of the way of being stepped on. Also so she could tend to them. She refused to lose any clanmates if she could help it. She moved towards Violetpaw and gently dragged her by the scruff a little ways away from the fighting cats. She then laid the apprentice down and went back into the fray ducking swerving and moving around cats as she reached Lynxpaw and moved the barely eight moon old apprentice out of the fighting cats and laid her with Violetpaw.

Finchstream felt her stomach heave violently when her battered body was dumped onto the ground, and the small RiverClan warrior let out a tiny frightened whimper; this she-cat was already much stronger than she was, even if she had completed her battle training.  Her eyes round as full moons, she gazed up blankly at the brown tabby warrior, desperately trying to summon the control and will to stand up.  Maybe...maybe if she ran fast enough, she could escape and run away from this terrible battlefield, from the terrible fate it promised her, from her secret, never having to face anyone to explain why she was such a failure...  With a shriek she saw Specklefang's paws flying once again at her face, and she closed her eyes with a cry of pain as her skin ripped once again.

The Riverclan tom blinked with surprise but did not leave his attack posture. A father? Of course, he wasn't because Cinderpaw was still an apprentice despite her age. She was the only she-cat he would take as a mate and that would have happened moons ago... if it weren't for Thunderclan. Suddenly, Jaystream remembered that day when he, Tinytip and Cinderpaw were attacked by Thunderclan apprentices. They fought against them and during the chaos of the fight... one of those squirrel-munchers wounded Cinderpaw so badly that she entered into a coma for moons. That was the first time that something born inside of him... a feeling that he never thought he would have for any clan until now: hate. Thunderclan took Cinderpaw away from him. They were the reason why she was still an apprentice that hated herself for not being able to wake up in time and save her mentor.

Jaystream glanced at the other tom with pure anger as he dug his claws into the ground. "No... and I can't be one because of your clan. Your own cats, Blazingwing, Leafstorm and that son of yours called Reedheart put into a coma my best friend and love for moons! And now that she's awake, she can't stop blaming herself for Thunderclan's fault. I don't care if you're a father. Many of my clanmates are parents and they are doing this for the same reason you do it: they care for their kits. And because of your clan, I can't understand that feeling. But I know how it feels seeing someone you care agonizing during moons. I will not let that happen to my clan!" The warrior ran toward the Thunderclan deputy and he clawed his front right leg with fury, leaving wounds as deep as in his eye.

Tinytip yelped scared when those claws came through her flesh so easily. She rolled over the ground a few paw-lengths away and she stood up trying to catch up her breath. This Thunderclanner was strong and she didn't like fighting at all. She wasn't the best at that skill during her apprenticehood. But she had to do something. With her fur bristling, mostly because she was terrified, the little she-cat ran once again to the bigger warrior and leapt toward her head, pushing it down to the water just like other of her clanmates did. She knew she wouldn't hold on for much longer but at least that would stop her from attacking her for a while she tried to breathe under the water.

Tinytip used Underwater Clinch on Sharptooth, dealing 11 damage and costing 10 stamina. Sharptooth is stunned one turn.

Silverfang surprised and angry when she felt that huge body over her. She struggled under the bigger tom but it was way much heavier than she expected.

Specklefang hissed menacingly, her fur fluffing as she reared onto her back paws and slammed down onto her opponent, her weight coming into play, for a big cat like her, she had to eat a lot to keep up a healthy fat to muscle ratio. Specklefang was quick to jump off, her good eye narrowing as she watched her opponent struggle.

Sharptooth's large paws flapped underneath the icy water desperately but to no avail. The mangy Riverclanner was using quite a dirty move.

Fueled by determination, Sharptooth bucked, sending the tiny she-cat flying through the air. Spluttering, soaked and angrier than a badger in Leafbare, Sharptooth shook herself and walked menacingly towards the she-cat. "You're dead, fishbreath."
