Lilackit's Apprentice Ceremony

Crowstar called out to his clan. "Let all cats old enough to climb a tree gather here for a clan meeting!"

Mapleshade smiled purring softly. Granted she lost her other kits but she cleaned and groomed her last daughter Lilackit. She had seen her son Pantherpaw and her other son become a warrior but She worried about little Lilackit. She gently nudged Lilackit out whom seemed nervous and skittish to do anything at the moment.

Lilackit after being ushered out she took small steps forward her fur was clean started to trickle nervously as she moved forward her greenish yellow eyes round as she looked to Crowstar before back to her mother and sat down quietly.

"Today we are gathered to make a kit into an apprentice. Lilackit please come forward." The leader said looking at the little kit. Skyclan was growing and it made the leader happy.

Lilackit blinked and looked from her mother back to Crowstar and she moved forward and stood looking to the leader but her nervousness showed through and through.

"Lilackit, you have reached the age of six moons. From this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you will be known as Lilacpaw. Your mentor will be Willowflight." The leader said. They had so many apprentices.. It just felt like their warriors were drowning in apprentices.
