Ferretshine "oof"ed as she was thrown to the ground. She looked up in amazement, her mouth contorting a bit in the pain of her injuries. "That was pretty cool, squirrel-y," she said quietly, her voice gravelly with exhaustion. "But you wouldn't hit a gal while she's down," a giggled interrupted her sentence, "Would ya?" The ShadowClan warrior rubbed some dirt from her scar and scrabbled in the other direction, grabbing Mistpaw by the scruff as she went. "That wasn't too bad for a first battle, was it?" she mumbled through the other cat's fur as she took the apprentice to a safe area, limping through her pain. "Pull yourself up, soldier," she said encouragingly, "We'll get 'em next time, okay? Hurry back to the territory, get Emberleaf ready, and I'll be back as soon as you know it." She nudged the apprentice up, pushing a bundle of stolen herbs towards her. It wasn't nearly enough as they needed... But they couldn't return empty handed. She shook her head and looked back at her patrol. When they could fight no more, she could call them back.

(@Blaze: Yeah, I get that. We're just saying that in reality, Mistpaw wouldn't have actually been knocked out by that move.)
