December Gathering 2015

Fallenblaze's ears flattened against his head. The tom, looking hurt, turned to Halfpaw to find some conversation. As he was about to speak, he opened his mouth, but then thought better and turned away. He walked over to a Skyclan warrior, Snowstorm. "Hi." He said quietly, a saddened expression on his face, hidden by a smile. Did his kin hate him that much?

Frozenflame's expression lit up when he made Cloverpool smile. He felt his face turn a soft shade of pink when she said he was past handsome, and he decided to complement her back. "Well, you're far more than just beautiful, so I guess we're even." He smiled at her playfulness, and he decided to go along. He swatted her ear with his paw, laughing. Cloverpool was a great new friend, she knew just how to cheer him up. But maybe she was more than friends...Frozenflame just didn't know it yet.

"Hmm I suppose so." Cloverpool chuckled and playfully swatted Frozenflame with her tail. She turned her head around to look at her sister and saw a whole bunch of Riverclan cats surrounding her. She hoped she was ok and they weren't trying to scare her, but she thought against that, since most of the Riverclan cats she knew were nice.

Cucumberpaw became a little nervous as more Riverclan cats came over, then some left and she felt a little better, not to nervous.

Mapledrop curled her tail around her paws and when she saw her mother with that other Tom she almost growled. What about her father? Oh wait he died.. never mind..

Nightfire looked over at his apprentice, just out of the corner of his eye. She had been doing better, and was starting to get on his nerves less and less. So he accepted her presence by standing up and padding over closer to her. He looked down upon her, still dominating her tiny figure. After making eye contact, his dual colored eye shifted away and he sat next to her, claiming the apprentice as his.

Oliveheart looked over at Robinflight, and purred, nuzzling her back. He looked over to Echostrike, whom was sitting and staring around, as if she was looking for someone.

Whitepaw followed the rest of her Clan. She was a bit nervous about meeting cats from other Clans.


Stormpaw looked around seeing who he would talk to.

Cottonpaw followed close behind her littermates, Fallenpaw and Rosepaw, as they entered the clearing with the rest of SkyClan. There was an extra spring in the she-cat's step; this was her first Gathering. A mixture of excitement and nervousness welled up in her chest, causing her tail to fluff up a little.
The sight of a familiar cat, her "aunt" Mapledrop, eased her nerves a little. She padded over to the warrior with a soft smile, her bright blue eyes glittering as she settled herself behind her siblings. She nudged both of them with her paws, letting out a soft purr. "Ooohh, this is so exciting! Come on Rosepaw, cheer up. I bet this will be loads of fun!"

Dreampaw looked up at Nightfire. Her eyes widened for a brief second when he sat beside her. Her ear flicked but she remained silent. Dreampaw looked up at Nightfire from the corner of her eye and a small smile formed on her muzzle.

Firepaw smiled at Blackpaw. She glanced around.
"Yeah, Riverclan is doing good. What about Thunderclan," Firepaw smiled.

Sandfeather padded in after Breezestar, head held high. She saw Windclan and Thunderclan and she lashed her tail slightly but she kept moving.

Bluesong stretched and looked over as Skyclan came in. She winced at the memory of their attack but then she smiled. Bluesong turned her head around as she took in the gathering, looking for any familiar pelts.

OOC: Can I say Mottlepaw is an apprentice because her ceremony will begin very soon? Today is over one week, so yeah, I will. Tell me if I can't.

IC: Mottlepaw padded in with Skyclan- she had groomed her pelt to perfection, her warm and cheerful gaze landing on every cat. She went up to a Thunderclan apprentice (Stormpaw). "Hello!" She mewed cheerfully.

"We're pretty good. Had to move n' stuff due to... Well, you know about the landslide, I think I already told you. So, how's your training?" Blackpaw mewed, his jittery and nervous self completely melted off and replaced by a cool, kind spirit. Being with Firepaw simply made him feel... Fine. Content. Easy. Everything was... Good.

Patchpaw and Heronpaw continued to bicker. Patchpaw eventually gave up and went to Whitepaw. "Hi. What's your name?" He asked the Skyclan apprentice. Though the two clan's shared camp, he had yet to discover most of their identities.

When the two finished their argument, Heronpaw walked to Mottlepaw and Stormpaw. "Hi! I'm Heronpaw!" She said happily, gaze darting from one cat to the other.

Nettlepaw walked in with the rest of SkyClan, spiky tail swishing in excitement. She looked longingly up to where the medicine cats sat, and found a place near the front of her Clan where she could see the leaders.

Halfpaw watched as Troutstep and Fallenblaze bickered without waiting for her to respond, and as the ThunderClan apprentice walked up. "I'm Halfpaw," she answered. The apprentice's cream fur looked like what Whitefoot said her mother's fur color had been. "You?"

Firepaw smiled.
"I don't think you told me. I hope you guys found a good home. And training... well I believe I'm becoming a warrior soon. What about your training," Firepaw replied with a smile.

Reedpaw, a newer apprentice, followed behind his clan into the gathering area, the amount of cats amazed him, though he kept calm. He was told to stay near his clan. It might be best if he sat near his mentor, but he wanted to branch out a little. So the brown tabby took a seat near the edge of his clan group.

Crowflight followed closely behind Breezestar, he didn't really trust any of the other clans. Except for Riverclan, they gave them shelter when Skyclan needed it most. The black warrior let out a deep breath. This was his first gathering as a warrior. He even had his own apprentice now. There was no way he was going to be intimidated by this. When Breezestar branched off to join the leaders, the warrior took a seat among the Skyclan cats, and the Riverclan cats.

"Oh! Well, yeah there was a landslide and our camp was covered. We found a new home, so we're okay. It's gonna take a lot of hardwork to rebuild our home, though. It happened right before I was born! Haha... As for my training? Well, I'm only about three moons in, so I have a bit to go yet. I hope you get to be a warrior soon, that'd be cool, huh?" He said, chatting on for about half-a-minute. He didn't want to mention everything that had happened after the landslide... His sister's mysterious death, where their new home was... That... That would be too much for now.

Firepaw nodded.
"I don't exactly see why my clan hates your clan, you all seem pretty nice," Firepaw commented with a tilted head.

Thrushstar finally stepped up with his clan not far behind. It wasn't like him to be late, but it didn't really matter. They weren't going to start without them anyway. Well, at least, not now. Leaping onto the rock, he silently dipped his head to the other leaders and sat down, waiting for the Gathering to begin.

Frostwhisper padded into the gathering with the rest of Shadowclan. Her life was a bit odd at the moment. She had just seen her rouge son for the first time since he was born, which meant that her mate was going to show up soon. The she-cat hadn't told Shatteredpaw, her son, yet because she wanted him to not be too distracted while finishing up training. Once he was a warrior she was going to tell him.

Shatteredpaw entered the gathering right behind his mother, Frostwhisper. He looked around at all the other cats without saying a word, and sat down next to her at the edge of the clearing.
