Flashpaw turned and limped back to Tigerpaw. "Tigerpaw this way follow me!!!!" She would not leave him behind this Tom was her friend clanmate and denmate also she had a crush on him.

Tanglepaw padded after his clan and frantically sreached for his brother Batpaw and his parents he was really really worried.

Cloverpaw ran out of the clearing to see a wall of flames advancing on her fast and she leaped out of the way into the brambles and ran to find her clan. When she did she ran over to Sunpaw.

Sunpaw suddenly remembered Cloverpaw. Cloverpaw! Where's Cloverpaw? Then he turned and saw her, the cat he loved above all, and dashed over to her. He purred uncontrollably, and started licking her face. Still purring, he looked into her amber eyes, telling her an unspoken message.

But then sadness engulfed him, and he looked down. He was half-hoping Cloverpaw wouldn't ask him what was wrong, but he knew she would. He also knew, without a doubt, that he would give her a truthful answer.

As Sunpaw looked down she knew immediately something was wrong and she looked around looking for a missing cat but couldn't see everyone. "Sunpaw what's wrong? Where's Goldenpaw?" She asked her anxiety creeping up on her like she would a mouse.

Sunpaw started trembling, and he leaned on Cloverpaw for support. "Gold-Goldenpaw i-is dead. She f-fell in a pile of b-burning twigs, a-and she was too w-weak to follow Littlefang and I to S-Sunningrocks. I know she's died, even th-though I didn't see her." Then he wailed, "Two of my sisters are dead! First Shinepaw, and now Goldenpaw. It's my fault," he whispered. "I tried but couldn't save either of them. It's my fault," he repeated, still staring at the cold rock beneath his paws.

Cloverpaw growled and meowed fiercely "Sunpaw it not your fault it's whatever that's caused this fires fault, probably twolegs, but listen whoever did this is gonna pay for killing Goldenpaw. Just know that it wasn't your fault she was to weak it's the fire that has done this to her. But their still here in our hearts and we see them in dreams from Starclan. But don't worry their in a better place now where they don't have to suffer pain anymore." After that her tone and eyes softened and she twined her tail with Sunpaws and didn't care who saw. She rasped her tounge over his ears trying to comrfort him and tell him it's not his fault.

Sunpaw purred as Cloverpaw licked him. Her comforting scents engulfed him, and all felt was happiness.

OOC: He's going to dream in StarClan with Goldenpaw and Shinepaw. This is the link if you want to read it, but you can't participate. Sunpaw will tell Cloverpaw all about it in the morning

IC: "Thank you, Cloverpaw," he mewed softly. "Come on, let's go to sleep over here." He led Cloverpaw underneath an overhanging rock, and curled up beside her, purring softly. He rasped his tongue over her until sleep washed over him.

Cloverpaw followed him. Once they were settled she felt nothing but Sunpaw next to her and his comforting licks. The blow of losing Goldenpaw was strong but her love for Sunpaw was stronger and with that thought she fell asleep.

~Ghostpaw, who hadn't been seen for a while, found the rest of his clan far later than the others. He had disobeyed orders but as a result he carried Goldenpaw's body. He had been too late to save her but he had refused to let her body burn and had pulled her out of the fire. Setting Goldenpaw's body down he curled up next to her cold mass and cried silently.~

~Lionpaw had been with the rest of his clan near the river for a while but had been seperated from Daisypaw. After checking on his family he started looking for her.~
