IC: Sandkit woke with a start. Something was jabbing her in the side... again. Another kits claw. She sighed, rolled over, stood, and left the nursery. "I love the winter! The air is so crisp and fresh!."

Mosspelt had been laying on Highrock, sunning, when he heard a kit emerging from the nursery. He sat up and dropped down off the rock and greeted the kit "Greetings Sandkit"

Embershade just awoke herself, too. She padded out of the warriors den and shivered. Embershade saw a kit leaving the nursery. "Hi Sandkit!" She greeted the kit.

ic: Lionstar padded into camp, coming back from a hunt he had gone on alone that early morning. He dropped a small squirrel on the pile; Leaf-bare was here, and all the prey was hiding. He looked up as Sandkit padded out of the nursery and smiled.
Looks like we have an early-bird, he thought in amusement.
