Energy and Lack of [Closed]

Flowerthorn waited by the entrance of the Riverclan camp. Waiting on the familiar black tom she helped train those many moons ago. Now instead of training him, she was taking him on a hunting patrol. Just the two of them. If she had to deal with too many more she wouldn't be able to deal with it. So it was just her and Juniperlight. Her white and brown tail flicked against the grown repeatedly as she waited, keeping her mind occupied in the slightest.

Juniperlight hurried to Flowerthorn's side, a bit out of breath. He'd had to dodge about a dozen cats just to reach her, and the limited space was getting on his nerves. It was odd for him, such a mellow and easygoing tom, to be so annoyed, but then again it was unusual to be living in someone else's camp with double the cats. "I'm here," he breathed quietly. Their hunt was sure to be a quiet and focused one. Flowerthorn had always stuck to herself--and Foxfire--and said little. That was alright for the black cat. He enjoyed easy conversation, like with Wrenspring, but he was also happy in silence. Maybe they would get closer now that they were equals... or maybe they'd stay just clanmates. Anything would do as long as they brought back some kind of food that wasn't that disgustingly slimy fish.

Flowerthorn gave the tom a soft nod in response to his arrival. "Let's get going." She wanted to get out of this camp. It was too crowded for her liking.. too loud. Granted its is where they had to stay considering the whole situation.. Didn't mean she had to like it.  With a simple flick of her tail she took the black tom out in to the territory. Carefully she retraced steps she took before to the bit of trees she had seen on their territory before.

She communicated to the other with a simple nod once again, happy that it was comfortable enough between them that they didn't have to use words. She glanced around the bit of territory she had taken them too, looking for anything that they could catch. Once she spotted a bird she crouched and crept closer, still not liking being on the ground. Just as she was about to pounce on the bird and try to catch it a loud honk noise startled her and the bird causing her to break her crouch and scare off the bird. Blue eyes looked over to the source of the noise seeing a rather large white bird charging straight for her, its orange beak being thrusted in her direction.

Flowerthorn didn't like the feeling of the beak going through her fur and dealing damage to her, especially the feeling of her fur being torn out after the goose retreated its neck. She let out a low growl before jumping at the Goose with claws extended. If she couldn't catch a small bird for food, then this large bird would do just fine to feed both of the clans.
