Pinekit shifted timidly under Spottedpelt's gaze. "H-hi," she said.

Foxfire chuckled as Beetlekit climbed onto his back. ”Yes, this is actually called a badger ride. I’ll take you around camp.”
He quickly moved his head in the direction where he heard a little mew of another kit. His daughter, Pinekit had woken up. ”Hello little Pinekit. I am Foxfire, your father. And this is Beetlekit, your brother, and you obviously know that she-“ he pointed his tail towards Daisyheart. “-Is your mother.”

Well, this kit by the name of Pinekit seemed to have the timidness that Wisteriapaw had, too. She tried to hold a gentle, calm smile as she watched Beetlekit clamber onto Sunpaw's back, and then she put her focus back onto Pinekit. She could tell that these two young kits were going to be amazing apprentices and warriors in the future. A small, soft purr rumbled in her throat.
"H-hi there, P-Pinekit," The ginger-and-white apprentice said in her typical, quiet voice, "I-It's a pl-pleasure to me-meet y-you."

Beetlekit seemed to enjoy his time on the back of the cat, but soon he slid off and gave a shake before jumping onto the fluffy tail. "I heard that badgers are real mean and scary..."

”Well, yes. They are mean and dangerous. But badger rides are safe because you are not really on a badger, and it’s fun!” Foxfire chirped.

DaisyHeart smiled at Foxfire. "hey Spottedpelt I think pinekit is a little intimidated." she said giggling.

Spottedpelt smiled. "well I don't know why DaisyHeart every cat should think of me as a kit instead of warrior. Right everyone wouldn't you describe me as childish." she said giggling. Playing along was really fun.

The puny tom gave himself another shake before bouncing through the snow to once again reach his father. Upon meeting his destination, Beetlekit raised onto his hindpaws and batted at the other for only a second before falling back down and meowing, "I want a badger ride!"

Pinekit purred when her father addressed her, and smiled back at Wisteriapaw. "It's nice to meet you too," she said pleasantly.
