Surprised by being pounced on by another cat, the deputy tried to shake him off but had no luck, starting to get tired. No! he wouldn't go down, not yet!

A few swipes and he sent the WindClan apprentice running for the bushes. Sleetpaw broke off with a mrrow of self-satisfaction, turning to drink in the chaos of the battlefield. His heart was pumping, his cuts stung, his muscles were burning, but he felt alive, like he had all the strength of TigerClan in his claws. Without pausing to think, only catching a flash of Ashpaw's gray fur before she disappeared, he locked onto a ginger tabby she-cat not far away. He hurled himself forward, pouncing recklessly toward her.

The little warrior began to panic when Cedarfur didn't move, though her attempts to get to her paws herself were still unsuccessful. Her brain was still muddled from the shaking she'd been given. She was still at the mercy of Ivyfall.

Fogheart hissed when she felt claws rake her stomach and the smell of her own blood quickly reached her nose. Out of instinct, the blind warrior reared up and bashed her already bloody paws into the she-cat's face, having determined exactly where her head was when the Windclan warrior yowled.

Screeching in pain, Smokepelt found the strength from partial fear and adrenaline to get up and was able to get the other cat off of him. He couldn't give up, not yet anyway. Twisting around, the tom jumped on Sunfeather just as he'd done a few moments ago and sunk his claws into the RiverClan cat's thick flesh.

Nightheart yowled in pain as she felt the claws of another cat on her back before she could even try to recover from her last battle, cursing in her mind for allowing the tom’s words to distract her and not pay attention to her surroundings. On a rush of adrenaline, the dark warrior quickly reacted to the other cat’s attack, rolling on her back and slamming her paws with unsheathed claws on the other cat’s body.

He tumbled backwards, blood stinging at his eyes, but without missing a beat, lunged forward again to tackle the enemy she-cat to the floor. StarClan only knew how much more he could take of this. His vision felt hazy and unfocused, and fatigue ached at his body, but he had to give all he had for this battle. For RiverClan!

Nightheart got up slowly after the cat over her was defeated, she was just as tired as this cat and she could feel the pain of not few wounds all over her body. The idea of just retreating and sleeping for a whole mon was tempting, but she wouldn’t allow fatigue to overcome her just yet. Her clan needed her. She looked around, spotting a warrior that wasn’t fighting just yet and immediately wen towards her, grabbing her by the scruff and shaking her with as much strength as she could gather.
