Better Run [Open for WC - Staff Generated Event]

As Blizzardpaw jerked away from her, leaving her frozen in fear and disgust, she could almost start choking for whatever reason. But she then realized that she dogs had destroyed the medicine cat's den, so no one would be healed. There would probably be a lot of deaths. Mainly Leafsnap's. Wait... Leafsnap? Her mentor? Who was going to train her the next day?? No way! Go help her, she urged herself. She cannot and will not die! It continued to echo inside her ears, over the barks and the yowls and the screams. It was filthy - there was chunks of fur, blood, bloodied ear parts and long, silvery parts of. . . whiskers! She had to help out, even if it resulted in death. She wanted to save everyone - mostly for Leafsnap's sake!

The problem was that she didn't know what to do. "Bleh! Bleh! Come and get me! You can't catch me! Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah!" She taunted the dog. Her claws slowly sank into the ground, and she was ready to take off of she dog reacted. "Blizzardpaw! Hold on!" She shouted to Blizzardpaw. After all, if the dog was going to take off, he'd better be prepared.

Blizzardpaw let go of the dogs scruff and scrambled to it's face and bit it's nose. "Run Witherpaw!!" He jumped off its face and ran over to her. "If it after us try and lead it out of the territory." He meowed and waited for it to charge them. He would have no trouble running away but he was afraid that Witherpaw would have some trouble keeping up. After all he has long legs snd a long tail

Mistypaw watched in horror at her mother. She ran over to Witherpaw and asked, "Do you need any help?"

Icestorm, his son, and brother kept fighting (the 1st) dog. Icestorm was soon flung off, and landing he felt a sharp pain in his back. The tom gave a hiss. Am I really that old? he was about to jump back into action when his son stepped in front of him.

Smokepelt saw his father get flung off and couldn't bare to see him in pain. Stepping in front of his father, he meowed "Me and Cedarfur can handle this fleabag, make sure Ashwing and the kits are ok."

Icestorm didn't like being told what to do by his son, but the pain in his back was unbearable. He gave a reluctant nod. Good luck, my wonderful warrior. He hobbled over towards Leafsnap and the kits. "I'm here to help." The tom said assertively.

(Cedarfur still fighting the dog btw)

"MOMMY'S HURT!" She screamed, examining her. Leafsnap was still knocked out, and Glidingkit was scared. Tears streamed down her face.

Icestorm rushed over to Leafsnap as fast as his hurt back could take him."Glidingkit, hey sweetheart calm down. Your mother is fine, just knocked out." he hoped what he said was true. "Now, can you help me?" he said with a sense of urgency, but calmly, not to scare the kit.

"For StarClan's sake, take the kits, the injured and get out! Go you hare-brains!" Gorsefeather snarled at the apprentices who were still milling about in camp as he pounced on top of the second brown dog which was crushing his apprentice. His thorn like claws sank into where he guessed the dog's eyes should be, his jaws snapping over any flesh he could reach. He was trying his damn hardest for a medicine cat, he didn't always get along with Emberleaf, more his fault that the ginger tabby's, but he was his apprentice. He wouldn't let some dog take him.

"You won't take anyone today, you scum!" His heart was racing when he finally leapt off, hoping the dog would be enraged enough to leave his apprentice and chase him. The calico was tense, ready to bolt as he deliberately locked eyes with the snarled brown mongrel.

Chaos: the mass confusion. Loud barks reached their ears, too late to even realize what was going on when three large, slavering brutes burst into camp and started wreaking havoc. One in particular, golden-furred, went for two cats: the leader and his son. Both jumped back, though for once Falconstar's advancing age worked against him. Not quick enough to avoid the full frontal assault, large teeth came down on his shoulder and, coupled with his previous momentum, sent him back and off his paws, blood pooling on his shoulder.

"Falconstar!" Eaglethorn roared as he pushed back against the ground and launched himself at the dog, jumping on its back and tearing at every inch of fur he could get a hold of with sharp claws, snarling viciously at their attackers. Throughout camp, carnage and destruction was rampant. The peaceful tranquility, held for so many moons, had been broken.

Spiderkit shivered in terror at every scream that tore through a cat's throat. The tiny kitten squeezed her eyes shut when her mother screeched. She couldn't do anything, her mom and dad were fighting out there, defending themselves against whatever these creatures were. Even Mistypaw, her older sister fought. Her small heart was beating fast enough to hear a loud roar, but she couldn't move her paws. All she could do was sit and tremble under her nest, praying to Starclan that the beasts would go away.

Icestorm spotted Spiderkit, one of Cedarfur's youngest. He went over to the kit. "Hi sweetheart, I'm Icestorm your Uncle. Lets get you out of here." he said softly, picking the kit up by the scruff of her neck.

Cedarfur and Smokepelt kept fighting, though their strength almost gone. Blood trickled down Cedarfur's forehead, and Smokepelt had a pretty big scratch on his hind leg. The looked at each other and gave a nod. Let's end this! Give it all you've got! They could almost hear each other think as they ran and leaped on the dog.

ooc-when will the dogs leave/die/idek?
(kinda feel like Icestorm and Cedarfur should be fighting side by side/bro by bro, but eh....to late now? XD I guess Smokepelt still needs to prove himself more than Icestorm does...

The breath was knocked out of him as he was crushed under the brown beast. He didn't have enough time to get up after catching his breath, because the dog had grabbed him in his big jaws. "Ahhh," he squealed. Those stupid warriors! Why aren't they saving the medicine cats? They wouldn't be here without us, Emberleaf thought. "Gorsefeather, don't bother fighting the dog! Windclan needs at least one medicine cat!" The tom scratched at the dog, not caring if he missed or not. There wasn't really anything Emberleaf could do but be the thing's chew toy.

Seeing that Witherpaw didn't need any help, she ran around the camp looking for any kits who might still be hiding.

The black dog growled loudly as cats attacked it from all angles. Though it didn't really care, it just wanted these cats out of here. This was their territory now, and they weren't going to give it up. Reaching it's head around to it's back it plucked a cat off of it. That cat happened to be Smokepelt. With a flick of it's head the tom was sent flying. The black beast couldn't quite reach the others, so it just rolled over quickly crushing any cat that didn't get off of it in time. Even though it was being slightly overwhelmed there were still two other dogs to take care of.

The second dog, the brown one, growled, and barked as the older medicine cat dug it's claws into it's skin. The dog bunched it's muscles to chase after the medicine cat but it's attention was taken from the old cat when it felt a new set of claws in it's skin. It picked up Emberleaf in it's large jaws. It's teeth piercing the cats flesh before the chew toy was thrown away. The brown dog's eyes locked onto Gorsefeather again, and the dog launched forward, it's mouth open to get the cat in it's jaws.

So much noise filled the camp, it would have bothered the dogs if there wasn't so much of it. The golden dog growled when it felt claws in it's back, and the attention was taken from the old leader. The dog tried to reach around and grab the cat on it's back but it couldn't quite reach. The dog quickly rolled on it's back trying to get the cat off of it.

ooc: These dogs aren't gonna go away anytime soon.. so you better run Hah.. Anyway the dogs won't be going anywhere for a bit. So try to fight them or flee. Also apprentices won't be able to do much damage to the dogs because these are big dogs, basically twice the size of a standard cat. A certain nursery might be destroyed soon >> So protect the kits! Also gonna ignore they eye tearing out thing..

The little kit wailed as she was picked up, terrified it might be one of the beasts tearing their camp apart. The scent of her uncle only calmed her somewhat, but now she could see the fighting. Spiderkit put her paws over her eyes, wanting to cry out of panic and fear for her family's lives. Leafsnap was hurt terribly, and she could hardly tear her gaze away. Her paws itched to run, run so far away from this horror that the sun would never set, but her legs were not on the ground to allow her to do so.

"Mama! Run!" she wailed, twisting her head around to look for her siblings. Where were they?

With the kit in his mouth he tried to find Falconstar. When he spotted his leader, he yelled through the fur in his mouth. "Falconstar! We need to run. Get the clan out of here!" The tom could tell the cats were not match for the dogs, and didn't want to see anyone else get hurt. He prayed that his son and brother would not be severely hurt in their battle.
