Hopepaw's Border Patrol

"Okay." So Hopepaw did, and saw so much that she couldn't explain or describe.

The she-cat padded after her apprentice, feeling the chilly leaf-fall watch soak up in her pelt. "What do you smell?"

"Well, a strong scent of... some kind of... animal?"

(OOC: MOUSE!)

"I smell a Hopepaw and a Sparrowflight." Maypaw padded out of a bush, giggling. "Could Badgerfang and I come along? I see you've hardly done anything, and I'd love to see the territory." She crawled back into the bush and dragged out Badgerfang, who had fallen asleep waiting for them. "Get up, you lazy lump!"

"I believe that's a small rodent in between the rocks, why don't you try to go and get it?" Sparrowflight purred, twisting her head around at Maypaw's arrival. "That depends, was it Badgerfang's idea, or yours?"

"Ooh! I got it!" Hopepaw jumped at the rock and clawed at the mouse, but it ran before she could get it.

"Mine!" she laughed. "Can weee? Pleeease?" she pleaded.

"Aw, tough luck.. It's alright, I'm sure fishing is more your thing anyways." Sparrowflight's whiskers twitched with amusement at both apprentices. "You can wait right there, and both of you can tell me about the borders here, the ones that mark ThunderClan and SkyClan territory."

"Okay."

(OOC: Sparrow- you makes no sense O_o)

"Have there been any ThunderClan or SkyClan patrols today?" Sparrowflight prompted, "Use your nose."

"Um... well. I think I smell a cat. A really bad smelling one too!"

Badgerfang opened up one eye, and then quickly got to her paws. "Oh, good, you are here!" she meowed as she saw Sparrowflight and Hopepaw. "So, can me and Maypaw join your border patrol or did you say yes while I was asleep?"

Occ: Sorry for not posting for so long, my sister kicked me off the computer so I had to wait for my dad to get off the other one. =p

"Yeah, we did. Hi Badgerfang." Hopepaw said.

"I smell something I once detected a long time ago.. when I was just old enough to leave the nursery, and you and Badgerfang and your siblings had just been made new apprentices." she meowed, detecting the WindClan scent on the breeze, which was blowing south.

Badgerfang looked over at Maypaw, and sniffed the air. She looked over at the WindClan's territory and let out a small sigh. I should be a warrior of WindClan, not RiverClan. She thought as she looked over at Maypaw. But I have so many friends here...it would be hard to leave them behide.
