Using her extremely good hearing and smell, she raced through the trees, and stopped when she picked up the smell of squirrel. Wriggling her haunches, she detected the the squirrel was on a low hanging branch on a tree a foxlength in front of her. Moonpaw jumped and grabbed the squirrel in her jaws, while balancing pecuriously on the narrow branch. "Got it!" She called.

| Moonpaw licked his ear, stopping as she smelt a magpie. "One heartbeat." She whispered, and heard the black and white bird hopping around the forest floor pecking for insects. She pounced, but only to hear the sharp call of the magpie as it flew away. "Bird droppings!" She cursed, and gave her chest a couple licks.
