Current Happenings This month unfortunately saw the passing of our beloved leader, Perchstar. Her second-to-last life was lost in a storm, and her last life was lost with the grace of being surrounded by her clan and loved ones to her injuries. She has joined the ranks of StarClan, but will never be forgotten.
RiverClan also welcomes Pigeonpounce as the new medicine cat!
Poppystar's stances and rules for the clan have changed. Please read this document to familiarize yourself with what is new! Topic Spotlight of the Month Every month, we will be spotlighting a topic within the RiverClan territory that we agree is particularly well-written, insightful, or eventful. If you have recommendations for that topic, then you can always feel free to reach out to Xaandiir or Moonazyne during the month at some point! We are open to suggestions, and we love reading topics from you guys.
This month's spotlight is Time To Say Goodbye, featuring the talented writing of Ash and the majority of RiverClan.
A harsh new-leaf storm brings about the climax of Perchstar's leadership. After an injury that leaves her lower body paralyzed and the loss of her second-to-last life, she manages to return to camp, where the Clan comes out in droves to trade their final words with her. The culmination of Perchstar's two-year tenure is written masterfully by Ash, as are the many words of mourning from her various Clanmates. Everyone came out in force to give our now-former leader a gorgeous send-off to be remembered.
