After Ambersun had arrived in SkyClan, she felt like an outsider. She was never treated with disdain or anything, but... immediately getting sick afterwards didn't help her connection back into SkyClan, either, and she had... also shuttered herself after Brackendawn's death, barely talking with anyone after then. Which honestly made things worse.
Perhaps talking with an old friend could help clear her head.
Stepping towards Crookedlight, the ginger she-cat gave him a sweet smile. "It's good to see you here, Mr. Radiant," she said. It had been a while since they'd really talked but it was a jumping board into getting back into her clanmates. "Want to walk through the territory with me? I want to show you something." She had found the Great Ridge in some of her adventures with Silverwing, and the view of Twolegplace was just astonishing from up there.

There's an art to life's distractions...
Crookedlight brightened when he saw his friend Ambersun approach. He chuckled at the old nickname and replied, “Why if it isn’t the goddess of the sun herself.” His eyes crinkled playfully and he nodded. “Of course. It’s always fun taking walks with you.” He followed after her, letting her lead the way as they headed out of camp together. He hadn’t been talking to many cats either, outside of Rainfrost and sometimes Bubblebeam too. SkyClan had just started feeling…colder to him.
Ambersun grinned at Crookedlight, giving the tom a nod before taking off. "Well, what are we waiting for? Follow me!" The ginger she-cat bounded into SkyClan's territory, leading Crookedlight through the winding path of trees. Stars, she hadn't been this excited in literal moons. "I don't think I've ever taken you on an adventure before," she said. "It's usually just something I did with Silverwing." Perhaps that was why she felt so bad about things now. Ambersun wasn't sure, but she was enjoying herself right now, and that's what she wanted to focus on.
