Good afternoon, WCC!

There have definitely been a lot of changes on the site lately. But while things will continue to change, I hope that at this point we can move forward as a community. To begin that process, I'm excited to finally announce the newcomers to the staff team. The application process this time was a little different, allowing anyone interested to express that interest directly and selecting a handful of those people to have a more in-depth conversation with that covered most of the initial application questions as well as additional information.

I'm pleased to report that there was a much higher turnout of interested parties this time, which means that after the selection process we were left with four new members for the staff team!

Since there's so much change happening all at once, we're bringing these new moderators on for a trial period before making their positions permanent, but that doesn't make it any less exciting--please welcome our newest moderators:


(For those curious: the process for selecting a co-administrator is something I'll be considering heavily during this trial period, and there will be news on that front soon!)
