Good Morning WCC,

In the wake of recent changes to the site's Staff, the team has made a decision to try a new process for Staff Selection. At this time, anyone interested in becoming a member of the Staff Team can submit an application. The current Staff Team will review these applications and select applicants that could be a good fit for the team. Selected Applicants will be interviewed about their application and with any additional questions the team has before a decision is made.

A few things to note when applying for the WCC Staff Team:

- The goal and purpose of the Staff Team is to enforce Site Rules and Regulations, improve Site Functionality, and maintain a healthy culture for all site members and Staff. We are looking for someone who is willing to help fulfill these general goals.
- As of right now our team is in the middle of renovating internal Staff Structure with the goal of eventually doing a restructure of the entire site for clarity and to make systems more user friendly. Given this is a huge undertaking, we ask that Applicants be ready and willing to dive into this lofty endeavor.
- Anyone who wants to apply is encouraged to do so. Selections will be make on who we think will best be able to work with the current team in accomplishing the above goals.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older. Due to the sensitive nature of certain content needing to be handled by the Staff Team, no one under the age of 18 will be considered.
- Keep in mind that Staff has to occasionally deal with content that is uncomfortable or stressful in order to enforce rules, we ask that anyone not willing to deal with this type of content hold off from applying.
- All Applicants will be informed of whether or not they have been selected for the next step of the process.
- At this time, the team is only looking for one new Staff Member. However, more may be added in the future depending on the team's needs. If this is the case, previous Applicants who were not selected will be able to apply again.

Applications will be open for one week from today's date, closing on Saturday, March 30th at 11:59pm PST. Any applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Staff Interviews will take place the following week, and after that, a new Staff Member will be selected.
