Subject: Re: March Medicine Cat Meeting [2024] Sun 31 Mar 2024 - 18:18
Stirring awake to a clear night sky, the stars twinkle brightly overhead in indication they've heard Heatherberry's contrition. But they give no reply, instead bringing a flower patch into view. Though it is hard to tell what type of flowers they are, they seem to only bloom in the night's presence.

An emerald eye slowly blinked open to the gliterring Moonstone before her, all of her senses focusing on whether or not she had been set aflame for her confession to the breaking of her oath.... Yet, there was nothing. She was... Whole? Well as whole as a one-eyed cat could be, anyway.
Slowly, ShadowClan's medicine cat had prepared to stretch out each leg just to be sure StarClan hadn't secretly taken something away while she dreamt - if that were even possible - only to stop in her tracks as the tom who had joined them (his scent now of WindClan) snatched away Smokepetal. Their whispers fell on deaf ears, too far away to even hear them. The confrontation seemed to end without too much physical fuss, allowing the hairs on Heatherberry's back to settle back down.
The molly hadn't even realized she had moved closer to Littlesplash, their fur briefly mingling. "Ah... Sorry." Her voice was quiet, even more in wonder at how StarClan had outright ignored her, yet still pushed the responsibility of her position onto her. She hadn't the slightest idea what it meant or why they had bothered... She would have to repent again time.

Thymelight hadn't expected much when she pressed her nose against the Moonstone, but when she awoke in the middle of an empty grass-covered field, she still felt a bit confused. Surely there had to be more to this dream. The quietest call of a little bird coming from somewhere behind her made the molly spin around to face it. The feathered creature looked up at her with a pair of black eyes that seemed to hold far more knowledge than Thymelight could ever comprehend. She opened her mouth to say something, but she was quickly interrupted by the soft beating of more little wings. Another bird had joined the fray.
And another... and another... and another...
And soon, after it seemed as if thousands more had joined, they took to the skies and started to surround Thymelight as if they had the intention of trapping her within their dream for the rest of eternity. The medicine cat panicked as they closed in, and yet she couldn't find it in herself to scream or let out any sound no matter how hard she tried. The birds were all the same species, and as they created a whirlwind, the she-cat found that they blended together, almost as if they were trying to form one giant bird. But what did it mean?
When the she-cat woke up, she didn't look over at any of the other medicine cats. She kept to herself and didn't allow her face to betray the bewilderment she felt from her dream.
