Sprouting nettles [O}

Mismatched eyes peeped out of the nursery, shortly followed by a pink nose and limbs far too long for the prickly kitten attached to them. Nettlekit stood awkwardly outside the nursery, ears pricked and whiskers twitching. Every time the white tom-kit managed to make his escape from the nursery he found himself baffled by how boring ShadowClan camp was. The wider world was suppose to be exciting, no? Or at least that's how all the stories he'd been told made it out to be. Leafbare he had already decided was his least favourite season, the snow that coated the earth matched his pelt, and while he didn't consider himself dull he found the repetitive nature of the same colours entirely boring. The trees too were just as boring - brown and leafless. Dead. Yawn. Uninteresting, Surely there was something more interesting?

Bumbling forward on large paws, Nettlekit weaved his way through the snow. Things would be much more interesting if he had a friend to join him... Crabkit could join him. Maybe he'd just have to make a friend he resolved. "Hello?" he called out loudly, twirling around in a flurry of snow "Anyone wanna hang out, or something? I am so bored." With a hhmph when his calls seemed unanswered, Nettlekit fell backwards into the snow, deciding it best to just hide if no one wanted to be his friend.
