All Hail SkyClan's Resident Disney Princess
thymepaw
No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing.
It was easy to be afraid in the midst of the unknown, but Thymepaw had found the entire ordeal to be rather entertaining ever since it had been announced that they were leaving their home. It didn't amuse her to know that cats were struggling so bad to the point that leaving the territories was the only good option, but the thought of exploring the world beyond what she knew made her heart flutter. She was so curious to see what wonders laid beyond the horizon. She only worried about her Clanmates' safety, and whether or not everyone would make it out of this journey alive. The unknown, although beautiful, held some dangerous possibilities. The best thing that she could do right now was try to keep the morale up and help out wherever she could find herself useful.
This would also be a good opportunity to get to know cats from the other Clans. There were far more cats here than there were at Gatherings, and although she wasn't a fan of enormous crowds, she wanted to make the most of it. Complaining would get her nowhere. Perhaps there would be new flowers along the journey for to pick and spin into flower crowns for those that looked like they needed it the most. Hope was something that everyone needed at a time like this, after all. She looked around, curious as to who she should participate in conversation with. Sometimes, the greatest of acquaintances and friendships ended up being unexpected.

Lighttail had long ago had her fill of adventure. She’d seen the unknown, and it had chewed her up and spat her out. Now, she stared the land down with a menacing glare inside, though on the surface her face was calm. Much like the cats around her, it had revealed it’s true colors. And Lighttail wasn’t about to forget. So she channeled her bitterness into usefulness, walking at the head of the group with the other scouts. Only occasionally did she fall back to rest.
The smells of other clans had begun to blend together, but she held onto the scent of SkyClan in her mind. Soon, it would be her own. She might as well be used to it. A young cat caught her eye, and apprentice whose pelt still held a bit of SkyClan smell to it.
Perhaps she should make conversation? “Um, hi,” she mewed awkwardly. “I’m Lighttail, you?”
