Space Mambo (closed)

"You too?" The warrior opened his mouth to speak, giving the young kit a tiny spark of hope until more gibberish fell out of his mouth. Softkit didn't wait for this one to stop making fun of her. The spotted molly was already padding away, silver eyes searching for any cat she hadn't spoken with already. Familiar-ish faces were all that greeted her, each one either belonging to someone that would ignore her or make fun of her with those weird words. It was almost as if they were all speaking some secret language that they hadn't taught her.

Tiny paws stomped back into the nursery, irritation evident on the kit's tiny face. At least here they didn't talk like idiots, she knew they didn't. "Crocus!" Softkit roared. "Where are ya?!" It was a name she had overheard; another kit just like her, one that spoke like a normal cat should.
