Tawnyshadow waited patiently for Silverpaw'a arrival. After his successful assesment on fighting skills, Honeylight had requested that she checked his hunting skills as well. She had been pleased, but not surprised. Her clanmates were finally beginning to notice her as a worthy warrior of Shadowclan. Still, she wished Silverpaw wouldn't take so long to show up when she had informed him of it a day before.

Silverpaw
Silverpaw had been busy delivering moss to the nursery— a visit meant to be short, but the current kits wouldn’t let him go, badgering him about apprenticeship. When their mothers called them out from under his paws, he was quick to hurry off, eager to be away from the den. He huffed through his nose, giving the nursery a quick scowl before turning forward again. Tawnyshadow caught his eye, and he looked at her for a curious moment before remembering she was supposed to go hunting with her today.
Ears warming at the realization she’d probably been waiting on him, Silverpaw spun on his pads to trot over. “Hi, Tawnyshadow,” he mewed when he was close, dipping his head respectfully. “Sorry for the wait… I had to help the queens.” His muzzle wrinkled briefly before he smiled up at her. “I’m ready now though! Whenever you are.”

Tawnyshadow flicked her ear as Silverpaw finally arrived. "It's okay, as long as we can start now," She said, signaling for the apprentice to follow her as she exited camp. She slowed down once they were far enough from camp. "You'll have to try to catch some prey, and I'll be watching in the background. After two tries at catching prey, we'll move to group hunting. I'll be watching your progress and reporting to Honeylight later," She explained as clearly as she could. Her eyes darted to the apprentice. "Any questions?"
