Darkspirit set out to searching, his nose blinded by the stronger scents in the air. The patrol seemed to have a hard time finding any more clear paths. Firefly spoke up and he came to investigate too, but saw only faint traces of their guests with no clear visibility as to where they went. Darkspirit himself tried to follow where he thought they led. Alas, he found nothing clear either.

"Foxdung! They couldn't have just disappeared!" He growled in frustration. He looked back to see if anyone else hopefully found something. Anything.

OOC: Feel free to join in and roll but unless someone rolls a 6 before the end of this week this thread is concluded and Thunderclan will return home without having found the intruders.

Having split off from the rest of the patrol in a direction that seemed promising, Lichenwing moved through the undergrowth, nose to the air in search of fresh scents. The others seemed very concerned about these intruders, but Lichenwing was more curious than anything.

Spotting something under a nearby bush, he went to investigate...

It was becoming increasingly more frustrating that they were no closer to the intruders than when they started. Poking around the area further, Firefly called out once again, "I may have found something... But it's hard to tell." It pained her to continue to call out for every small thing, but literally any other cat head to help track these things down was welcomed.

After receiving further instructions, Nightdancer continued searching the area with her Clanmates; keeping an eye out for anything that seemed particularly suspect. She found nothing of note, however.

"There's nothing over this way," she called, returning swiftly as she covered the short distance between herself and the rest of the patrol.

Following the group, he searched around per Darkspirit's. He made sure to look around ever nook and cranny, but failed to find anything of interest. "Nothing over here," he mewed in a downcast sort of tone. Of course, he didn't particularly want to come face to face with the intruders, but he did want to find them in the sense of being able to drive them out of the territory as soon as possible. Having a threat lingering about certainly wasn't something any-cat wished for.

Two she-cats padded off on their own. One a former WindClanner who didn’t really know the forest, the other an apprentice with hardly any sense of smell. The two of them hoped that between them they’d manage to find something.
