| Firefly breathed in the warm sunlight, her pelt mimicking the glow of a budding flame in its rays. Today would be a perfect day for a hunt, which she announced as she padded through camp and out its entrance. Surely someone would follow her out.
A quick scan of the area, Firefly caught wind of fat looking robin poking about the new leaves of a bush. Getting down and bunching her back leg muscles, she sprang forward... One of her paws accidentally cracking a small twig that alerted the robin of her presence. Mouse-dung! She hissed.
Firefly missed the robin. Cost 2 SP.

【Thunderclan】♡【#B9D9EB】♡【T4 Warrior ║ 60[HP] | 140[SP]】 ❖ When Firefly had announced her intentions to hunt, Briarrose took it as the open invitation that it was. The torbie molly enjoyed hunting but it wasn't something she did often. She had plenty of other duties taking up her time and hunting wasn't often on the list. She was extra eager this time around since her sister was the one who'd left the invitation. Any time with family—even seconds—was something the she-cat secretly craved. ღ❖ Briarrose had split off from Firefly to pursue her own hunt. She began to scent the area after taking a random path and after a while, managed to track down a decently sized mouse; Newleaf brought some of the best prey and she was determined to catch this. So, the tortoiseshell molly quietly stalked the rodent, sage-green eyes laser-focused on their target. One minute then two passed and finally, she pounced. ღ

| Though it wasn't an official assigned patrol, when Firefly announced her intentions, Lichenwing was quick to follow her and Briarrose out of camp. He'd been itching to get out and hunt today, with how nice the weather was, and this was the perfect opportunity. Sticking mostly to himself, the young tom broke away from the sisters and headed into the denser foliage, searching. Unfortunately, this hunt hadn't taken them towards the SkyClan border, but his longing to see his SkyClan friend could wait another day, he supposed.
Lichenwing spotted a fat squirrel at the base of a tree, and immediately he dropped into a crouch. It was too close to an escape route, for now, so he waited, creeping forward when he saw the opportunity, but easily staying hidden. He drew closer, and waited for an opportunity, taking it when it arose and sprinting forward... but he wasn't close enough, and the creature scampered up a nearby tree. Lichenwing flicked his half-tail annoyedly, but didn't let it get him too down. After all - it was Newleaf, and there were plenty of squirrels!

| Briarrose had been the only one successful in the hunt so far, but she hoped that wouldn't last long: a hare had wandered its way into ThunderClan. It would be near impossible to catch, but Stars would she still try.
Aaannnd... Before she could even lift off the ground, it was gone.

| Sunfire followed behind his clanmates, his new name still fresh on his tongue. Glancing over his shoulder to check that the rest of his patrol was close by, he turned and ducked into the undergrowth, the familiar scent of prey leading him deeper into the forest.
Amber eyes narrowed down on a plump rabbit nibbling on a stalk of grass not too far off. His paws slid silently over the ground as he neared his prey. Finally, with a push, Sunfire lunged forward, his paws outstretched.
His claws dug into the soft fur, and within heartbeats the rabbit was limp in his jaws.
