Swiftheart was glad that some of her clanmates were alright… but she was worried sick still about the ones she didn’t know where they were. Where was her brother , some of her kits, and her father? Many of her friends as well also missing and she hadn’t seen them since the storm had hit shadowclan so hard and left them at the mercy of skyclan for temporary shelter. When she had first arrived, she had been shivering and so cold. The water that had flooded them away had chilled her to the bone and she felt like she had almost froze. she felt a bit of a sickness coming on from how tired she had been and how cold she had gotten. It had started in the back of her throat… that little tingling you get just before the start of the cold. It was getting worse as well and soon a small cough had taken hold. She had no idea where her older sister Basilbloom was but she longed to see her… she would know what to do even if technically she was an elder she would have the knowledge… she had no idea where fuzzy was and asking a skyclan med cat to use herbs on a fugitive was uneasy for her to do… she just hoped she could recover from this on her own. Usually she would have no probables talking to others or asking such a favor.. but skyclan had already been gracious enough taking them in and all… asking for herbs might make them change their mind and swiftheart couldjt put froststar in such a position… so the sickness got worse due to her inability to seek out help.

By this time it was a full on cough and she had little to no energy during the day. She shivered even though it was middle of summer as she curled up in a corner of the skyclan camp. Her head poked up as someone was approaching. Honeypaw!

She purred a little her voice rough and raspy honeypaw! with a wide smile

How *cough* how have you been? she slowly approached him sitting near him. She knew her friends shoulder was pretty banged up during the flooding. Is your *cough* covering her mouth with her tail and looking down at her paws for a little till it as past

How’s your shoulder? she whispered caringly.

Honeypaw

Honeypaw was… well, not having a good time. No one is, of course. All of Shadowclan is pretty miserable. About half of their clanmates are still missing, a lot of the ones that are there are sick or injured, and they’re having to rely on a rival clan for safety and shelter. And of course the Skyclan cats had to deal with a rival clan in their camp, taking up their resources. Honeypaw, for his part, has been desperately worried about Iceheart, and the other members of their clan that were still unaccounted for. He was grateful that some of the cats he was closest to were safe and close by, such as Forestbreeze, Leopardsun, and of course,

“Swiftheart!” Honeypaw let out a purr at his friend's greeting, lifting his head from where he was lost in thought and happily settling next to her. His smile faded a bit as he took in Swiftheart’s state and her coughing, and a fresh wave of worry washed through him. He glanced absently at his shoulder at her question. “It’s… it’s fine,” He said softly. “It’ll heal.”

He looked at her again. “Are you okay? That cough sounds pretty bad.” When Honeypaw noticed one of those shivers pass through Swiftheart, he moved closer to her, pressing the side without the injured shoulder against her, hoping that his thick fur would help provide some warmth… although, he himself hasn’t really felt warm since the flood. However, he thinks that might be more in his head than anything else.

My Cats!

Swiftheart rested her head down. And purred a little grateful for his support and warmth. She slipped into a little nap but was quickly reawakened by more heavy coughs. She felt miserable and just wanted to be home in her own nest and have all her family around her. She didn’t know where so many of her clanmates were.

She managed to fall asleep for a little bit again but when she awoke she aches all over and her nose was all stuffy. She also felt like she had no energy and was super weak. She glanced up at her friend worriedly honeypaw? she turned away from him covering more coughs in hopes to not get him sick too. I need help she meowed super quiet and weakly
