Froststar had been silently watching the water pool higher, and higher from atop the Jaggedrock. He would let others up, but he was hesitant due to the slick surface. He wouldn't have anyone falling and hurting themselves when the weather was so awful. The intensely fluffy leader now looked like the size of a young warrior, fur slicked against his smaller form. Eyes narrowed as he watched cats beginning to move out of dens and into the open, complaints and worries drifting up to him. His deputy began giving orders, and Froststar leapt down to do the same, landing with a splash into a mud puddle.
"Shadowclan! Nightstalker is correct. We need to get to higher ground in the camp if we do not wish to swim as we sleep. The Jaggedrock can provide some small amount of cover from the downpour, kits, elders, and wounded will be there, and we will huddle around them as Nightstalker said. Nobody is to leave camp without a partner, though nobody should be leaving at all at this point." Looking up at the clouded skies for a moment, Froststar let out a silent prayer to Starclan. In a quieter tone, one that was hopefully heard only by his deputy, the leader mewed, "We do need to begin thinking about leaving camp. If this downpour continues the way it has been... we will not be able to stay here." With that, the tom moved to the outside of the group, leaving others to the insides. He was a leader, and that meant being cold and wet, it meant protecting his clan.
Froststar will go to Skyclan, at Starclans request.
He watched as more cats scattered out — And the storm only continued to rage on. It didn't seem like it was going to stop anytime soon. Nightstalker's voice could be heard amidst all of the trouble, and he focused, trotting over. The walk wasn't exactly pleasant, either. The mud got into the crack of his paws, and Duskflight uncomfortably treaded through the camp, going towards the deputy. He stayed in the rear middle. Not too close to the warmth, but also not the worst spot out there, either. He stayed near Swiftheart, keeping whichever kit of hers safe as much as possible.
They would need to think about leaving camp... This caused worry to the tom, though he supposed it would be the best option, despite how chaotic it sounded. The mess they were in was just as chaotic, wasn't it?
Duskflight goes to SkyClan, at Starclans request.
Crowpaw
Crowpaw hurried to the crowd, managing to luckily achieve a spot near the center-middle. She allowed the innermost space for the elderly, injured, and kits, of course! She just didn't want to freeze to death, nor be more soaked than she already was. Staying near her mother and somewhat towards the dark-furred tom, she paced on her own, worried about what this might mean for ShadowClan.

Roseburn went to nuzzle her father to her paws, making sure to stay with him. After having been the one to find Batglow as he passed, Roseburn was terrified of anything happening to Mistyfalcon. Of course, she knew how he believed he could take care of himself, but she wasn't a mouse brain. She could see how frail he was every day. And in her eyes, it seemed more pronounced with the passing of Batglow. She needed to make sure he got to the huddle, and stay with him to make sure he was safe. She refused to lose anyone else.
Roseburn goes to ThunderClan, at StarClans request.

But the rain would be the least of their problems. Soon, the torrential rain became so strong that even their well covered and built dens would pour with rain water through the branches. Water rose past their paws, and their ankles, before a steadily growing thrum was heard. Branches cracked and faint squealing of wildlife could be heard, before with a roar louder than thunder, a wall of water crashed down on Shadowclan and its occupants, sweeping them all away.

The flood came on suddenly, Roseburn had no time to react, no time to scream, as the water rushed over her. Water rushed through her nose and mouth, burning her lungs. She was tumbling along, ripped away from everyone, not even knowing which way was up or down. So she swam the way she thought would lead to the surface. And luckily it did.
She gasped for air, coughing and sputtering all at once, before the rapids drew her under again. And the pattern continued, with Roseburn doing everything she could to stay above the water, and the water pulling her down each time. Her body screamed with pain as she kept swimming, growing so tired. For a moment she thought she might not survive this. But she didn't want to die. She wasn't ready to die. She wouldn't let herself die. She would make it through this.
A small head bobbed in the water, and Roseburn quickly realized it was a kit, although she couldn't put a name to a face. Still, she kicked against the current, despite her body's protests. Grabbing the kit by the scruff, she made sure its head stayed above water. She wasn't going to die, and she wouldn't let this kit die either.
Their fates were in the paws of StarClan now, but hedgehogs would fly before Roseburn accepted that. Those blasted stars weren't going to kill her. Not today.
Snowfoot screamed as the water overswept the camp. Paddling furiously to keep her head above water, Snowfoot suddenly froze in terror. Lightpaw! Lightpaw was nowhere to be seen. Since she stopped paddling, Snowfoot began to sink. Flailing desperately towards the surface, she broke through once more. “LIGHTPAW!” Looking wildly around, she caught sight of another cat! But it was only Roseburn. “Roseburn! Roseburn, have you seen my baby?”
Lightpaw, meanwhile was oblivious to her mother’s panic. Already tired from her recent patrol, she struggled just to stay afloat. She could only hope her mother or Dappledlight would find her, but the water was carrying her far away from the rest of her clan.

Iceheart had been trying to search for Honeypaw as the rain tore down onto ShadowClan, when the torrent of water suddenly ripped through the camp. She was swept away along with her other clanmates, letting out a yowl before she was tumbled under the water. Her body swept under the racing water, weighing down her thick pelt so she couldn’t easily push herself to the surface. All she could do was hold her breath and hoped the water would stop soon. She hoped Honeypaw and Forestbreeze were alright.
Iceheart will be going to ThunderClan, at StarClan’s request.
MARSHMALLOW - As the water pooled around Marshmallow's paws, she felt so frozen in fear that she didn't respond to Snowfoot, nor the yelling of Froststar and Nightstalker. The rain would pass, eventually... It had to. The warrior's den wasn't providing any amount of shelter and it wasn't long before she heard the roar of rushing water. Instinctively, she burst out of the warriors den, only to be flushed away by the dirty water immediately. She was stunned and could barely fight to stay afloat.
Then, she saw a branch that seemed to have fallen into the water. Using the last of her energy, she reached out, claws sinking into the wet wood. She tried to pull herself towards it and then up on top of it.
Now, she just had to hold on as water forced Marshmallow and her clanmates through the territory. The branch was barely big enough for her, slowly dipping in and out the water, but... at least she wasn't sinking?
Until she slipped.
She fell into the murky water's depths, she had barely enough time to hold it before she entered the water, she fought for the surface, movements slowly getting more and more desperate, her entire body fought for her to just... stop.
So she did, and as her black and white body was taken through the territory with her clanmates who she couldn't exactly see, she just let herself go limp, allowing the water to take her wherever it needed to, just... Marshmallow couldn't fight anymore.
Marshmallow will be going to Thunderclan, at Starclan's request.

Screams erupt one by one as ShadowClan was swept away by a raging wave, dens falling apart, and the mud slick on their paws now mixed with the water. As it did to everyone else, Duskflight gasped, his claws unable to keep him still from the danger. Desperately, he tried to get ahold of another cat — but it swept him away.
Grabbing whatever brambles and branches there were available from the destruction of the dens and camp, he paddled desperately, holding on to a broken branch just barely enough to keep him afloat. Body bobbing with the flow of the water, his claws dug into the wood, hoping that at least he'll reunite with some of his clanmates.
Crowpaw
Everything seemed to be going okay, steadily, until — Crowpaw gasped. A strong, raging wave of mud-slicked water roared upon her. Caught by surprise, she hadn't been able to stay afloat and search for safety, instead, she sunk below the waters — coughing as some went into her mouth. Desperately, she swam up to take a gasp of air — before being washed over by the waves again.
With her body exhausted, the she-cat trembled, letting herself be taken away by the waves. She.. She'll find somebody. Later. She must. But for now, she was too exhausted to look for any floating debris to hang on.
Nightstalker heard the roar of rushing water just moments before the water hit, with a spike of fear the young deputy lurched forwards, diving into the group to try to shelter the kittens, any cat he could save before he tried to screech, but "Save the ki-" was all he could manage, however. The rush of water hit the young tom like a ton of foxes, rushing him away from his clan-mates. Nightstalker barely had any air in him to begin with, using it to in vain shout for the kits. The rapids tugged at his long fur, dragging him under, bashing him against trees, branches, and stones. Whatever air was in his lungs, was long gone, and Nightstalkers vision faded to blackness.

Froststar barely had time to react as the sound of rushing water hit his ears. Frantically turning to look at his clan, he tried to shout an order, but it was in vain. The water came quickly, breaking through the thorn walls of camp, filling his mouth quickly. Sputtering, the tom desperately tried to keep himself above water, despite his long fur dragging him down. His clan was getting swept away and he could do nothing, the clan he had sworn to protect. His last moments in camp were spent desperately looking for his mate, before he was swept out into the territory. The struggling tom could only watch as his clanmates went in different directions. Clinging to a small bit of debris, the leader was able to keep his head afloat in the rushing waters. His energy focused on survival, Froststar was swept away by the current, and could only hope he was taken in the same direction as the rest of his clanmates...
Swiftheart clawed desperatly trying to swim as the wave of water hit her. Her lungs burned as she was knocked all around under the water from the debris. She couldnt tell which way was up or down. Luckily somehow she managed to break to the surface of the water coughing lots up as well. She clung to whatever floating branches/debris there was as she was swept out of camp. Everything was a blur and she tried to see any of her clanmates. She did but with the visibility so poor it was hard to make out who she just hoped everyone was okay and that they could get out in time

Blinking up at Roseburn gratefully, Mistyfalcon wearily limped to follow his daughter, shivering as the cold rain ran in rivulets down the back of his neck. Froststar had called the clan together, and while being in such close proximity to so many cats wasn't at all Mistyfalcon's idea of nice, he reluctantly complied. It didn't help much however, and the rains kept on pouring. It was, simply put, absolutely ridiculous. He had seen plenty of bad weather in his life, but nothing ever this severe. The roar of the wind and rain made his head hurt, and he debated slinking back to his nest in the elders' den... Except when he looked up, barely able to see so far with the rain coming down as hard as it was, it was clear that the den roofs and walls weren't going to fare well in this, either. The roaring of the water grew louder still, and Mistyfalcon hissed at the sight of it streaming towards them in a violent torrent. There was no time to call a warning, no time to seek shelter. The wave crashed into camp thunderously, and Mistyfalcon coughed and spat, struggling to keep his head above the water as his legs were swept from beneath him. He tried to call out, water flooding his mouth, his nose, and then his vision went dark.
---
Harechaaser's eyes widened at the wave of water, and before she could do more than look up it was upon them all. She let out a yowl of fright as the water rushed over here, thrashing and struggling to keep her paws planted on the ground. Shadowclan's muddy marshes had never been good for that however, and now completely flooding with water, the drenched tortoiseshell found she couldn't keep a grip on anything at all.
Honeypaw had been trying to obey the orders of Nightstalker and Froststar, helping to guide the high-priority cats to the center. He also kept darting his head around, trying to spot Iceheart’s distinct brown fur among the swiftly gathering crowd, but it was hard to see anything through the rain. It didn’t help that the higher the water rose the more panicked and senseless Honeypaw was already becoming, the feeling of the water dragging at his heavy fur making him feel sick to his stomach. And then he heard that horrible sound, and a wave of water violently crashed over him and his clanmates.
It was only a minute that Honeypaw was completely submerged, but it felt like hours to him. When he finally breached the surface again, coughing and sputtering, it took all of his strength just to keep himself above the surface. He looked around frantically, calling out for his clanmates to no avail. He tried to direct himself, or to orient himself to where he was, but his surroundings were rushing by too fast to recognize any landmarks, and the water was far too powerful to fight against.
Honeypaw will be going to Skyclan, at Starclan’s request.
Dappledlight joined the cats gathering in the clearing, trying to protect the weaker members of the clan. She nervously watched the rising waters flooding the camp. She felt her paws being swept off the ground and she desperately tried to cling to something as the waters started to wash away her clanmates. A sudden wave swept through the camp and forced her head underwater. She uselessly flailed around and tried to return to the surface. Her lungs burned as she held her breath, not wanting to swallow the water that surrounded her. Her head briefly broke the surface, and she gasped for air, trying to blink the water from her eyes. She paddled her short legs in an attempt to stay above the water, but she was nowhere near strong enough to hold back the rapids.
