Unfortunate

Unfortunate. Thats what it was..

To be on her way to help out the order, to find more cats to help their ranks only to end up like this.

On the side of the thunderpath.. in extreme pain. Calypso wasn't even sure she could feel her back legs.. thorns.. let alone her front paws. Everything felt like it was burning. It was so painful.. Blood dripped slowly out of the she-cat's mouth, the grass offering little comfort from the situation she was in.. Maybe it was the smell of blood and the stink of monsters in her nose that made it more unbearable.

It was her fault in the end she supposed. She decided to follow the Thunderpath to stay away from clan territory or at least try.. She knew Monsters were crazy.. they craved cat blood, but after her many trips she assumed she was safe.. Oh what a fool she was.

Seconds felt like hours as she sat here suffering.. The monster was long gone by now.. Leaving death in it's wake. Calypso heaved another breath.. Feeling what felt like one thousand nettles in her chest as she struggled to get the breath in. As the air escaped her, so did the remaining light in her eyes. Her body went still, the only sign of former life was the blood that continued to seep out from her broken body.
