Echomist had paused in his burying of his most recent catch as the sound of an owl reached his ears. The tom was quick to drop the rabbit before following the sound to find the rest of his patrol mates in a fight with said owl. The tom let out a slight huff before joining in the fray.
Echomist used Front Paw Strike dealing 7 damage, -7 SP. Night Finesse is Active +1 Damage.
Finally coming to her senses, Snowfoot joined the rest of the patrol in attacking the owl. Lashing out with claws extended, she gave the bird a smack right in its stupid face. Snowfoot used Front Paw Strike for 8 damage and 7 stamina.
The owl was shocked to see several additional cats seemingly materialize out of nowhere and attack. Still, it kept its cool, and after a slap to the face it simply slapped back, talons extended. The owl used Talon Strike for 7 damage and 10 stamina.

MARSHMALLOW - Marshmallow had finally recovered from her scar re-opening and was soon ready to attack again. With all her patrolmates onto the predator, she was sure she could easily take it down, now. One more attack. I don't need to try anything risky. She ran up and leaped, her teeth meeting the owl's throat. It was weaker, it barely took any force before it's neck snapped, leaving it to go limp almost immediately. She tossed the owl's body roughly away from her, though it was a little heavy, and turned to her clanmates. "Everyone alright?" She mewed, breaking the silence that was decided on by her clanmates.
She winced slightly at her shoulder wound. Though it didn't do much damage, a scar being re-opened hurt.
Marshmallow used Snap on the owl! -8 HP (Owl) and -7 SP (Marshmallow)
The owl had been no match for a group of Shadowclanners, but Harechaser was glad once it fell to Marshmallow's fangs. "I'm fine," Harechaser mewed, "What about you?" She asked, glancing between Marshmallow and Snowfoot. Snowfoot seemed to have taken the brunt of the damage, though it was clear Marshmallow hadn't escaped the owl's wrath entirely either. Echomist seemed to be unscathed, which was good.

Echomist eyes had narrowed, trying his best to assess the damage on everyone once the owl was dead. It was his patrol so he needed to look out for everyone right? With two of their cats hurt they didn't need to push it.. He didn't want to risk their wounds getting infected. "I'm alright myself." He said answering his former mentor. "We should head back, and get you two looked at. We don't need to be risking infection." He told the two older warriors.

Snowfoot nodded. “Yeah, probably best I give my weak leg a rest after all that excitement too. You did well leading the patrol, Echomist. Your mother would be proud.”
