Oasis [Open - Herb Hunt]

Dovefrost moved along the forest undergrowth, green eyes scanning almost every plant in the area making sure to note where certain things were for future trips. What they needed most was Cat Mint, for the upcoming weather, and Celandine for Starlingflare's injury. At this point the medicine cat wasn't sure if it was even helping at this point but he didn't want to risk putting anything else in the injured spot.

He stopped when he finally reached an area he hadn't gathered herbs from in a while. The large white tom turned to look at those who had accompanied him, and spoke. "Anything is useful, but right now we mostly need Cat Mint or Celandine. If you need a refresher on what any of the herbs look like please come find me." He turned his gaze back to the area around him, starting the search for herbs.

Cherrycloud followed Dovefrost out into the forest. She had taken Tatteredleaf’s advice, and started to help around the medicine den. This time she was helping him gather herbs. Plus, Starlingflare was hurt, so it would be useful if her to help out. Did she know Starlingflare? She was pretty sure he was also one of Kestrelswoop’s apprentices. Dovefrost’s instructions brought her back to the task at hand and she set off to find some herbs. She scanned the forest for any useful herbs that he had mentioned earlier.

The bright yellow petals of celandine caught Cherrycloud’s eye as she padded through the forest. She carefully approached the patch and nipped at the stems to collect some. Once she felt like enough was gathered, she picked them up and tried to find Dovefrost.
