Wolfblaze pressed back against her mate, basking in the comfort he gave her. It was nice. At least, until Minkstar made his announcement, and her eyes narrowed. She hadn't known Robinloft, but she had been a warrior of Thunderclan, and that was enough to get a fire lit in her heart. She watched Songpaw, distraught, pad to the front of the meeting. Her own eyes burned in fury. Skyclan had acted all high and mighty at the gathering, only for this to be revealed. Hypocrites, the lot of them! Her gray fur bristled, and she looked up at Minkstar.
"We've gotta get justice! That is the least we can do to honor Robinloft's death!" Wolfblaze's claws dug into the earth beneath her as she projected her voice. If there was a murderer, Thunderclan would get justice, one way, or another. Wolfblaze almost hoped Wolfstar would resist, would have them fight. She'd give them a beating they'd never forget if they did. But she didn't hope for that, because she had kits now. Kits that could be apprentices by the time that came to pass, and Skyclan was ruthless. Her tail lashed behind her as she waited for Dovefrost's remarks. Maybe he'd shed more light on the situation.
