Nestled up tightly against the sleeping lumps of her various littermates sprawled out within the confines of the Apprentice's den, Vulturepaw could easily detect the rhythmic throb of Ravenpaw's pulse whenever they were curled up so insufferably close- in fact, her littermate's soft snoring reverberated through her entire being as though it came from her own lungs. Letting out an irritable sigh and wriggling in an attempt to dislodge herself from the tangled swath of outstretched paws, curled up tails, and sweltering body heat, the little speckled molly couldn't resist the urge to puff out a low sound of discomfort. Although the comfort of sharing intimacy with her littermates helped with the transition into their new sleeping arrangements, sleep had remained elusive throughout the night- likely due to her lingering nerves and anticipation about what the gradually gathering morning would hold. Thankfully the timely appearance of Adderflare seemed to spare the young she-cat from any further pitiful attempts at rest, the restless energy thrumming alongside her circulatory system heightening at the older cat's quiet summons.
The early morning was a brisk relief after the sweltering confines of the small snuggle-pile, a silky ghost of chilly dampness whisking through the wild, unkempt mane of Vulturepaw's discolored coat. Pale coat furthered softened under the gentle ghost of unrelenting mist, curling and rippling webs were sent whirling into the quiet morning air under her hasty approach. "Good morning!" Vulturepaw puffed out, sweet voice honeyed under the purposely low greeting- ever mindful about the shockingly early hour of the day.
